| 520 | |b Today the study of the relationship between human rights and the scientific and technological revolution is of great importance, because the latter has given rise to new rights that are called «fourth generation», which has opened an international debate on the compatibility of medical ethics and these fundamental rights, prompting regulations that ensure respect for these rights without hindering biomedical activity. |d Aujourd’hui l’étude du rapport entre les droits de l’homme et la révolution scientifique et technologique est d’une grande importance, car cette dernière a donné naissance à des droits nouveaux qu’on qualifie de «quatrième génération», ce qui a ouvert un débat international sur la compatibilité de l'éthique médicale et ces droits fondamentaux, incitant une réglementation qui assure le respect de ces droits sans entraver l'activité biomédicale. | ||
