|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى مريضات السرطان قيد العلاج، ولتحقيق أهدافها تم تطوير مقياس المرونة النفسية، والتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية له، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مريضات السرطان قيد العلاج المدرجة أسمائهن في سجلات جمعية نبض الحياة في محافظة الكرك والبالغ عددهن (۳۰۰) مريضة، اختير منهن (30) مريضة كعينة استطلاعية لإجراءات الصدق والثبات، وتم عرض الدراسة على عينة مسحية من مريضات السرطان بلغ حجمها (٦٦) مريضة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية: أن مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى مريضات السرطان قيد العلاج في محافظة الكرك جاء متوسطا، وعدم وجود اختلاف في تصورات المريضات في مستوى المرونة النفسية تعزي لمتغيري (الحالة الاجتماعية والعمر). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول فئة مريضات السرطان في الأردن للمساعدة في زيادة مستوى المرونة النفسية لديهن.
|b The study aimed to identify the level of psychological resilience in cancer patients under treatment, and to achieve its goals, a psychological resilience scale was developed, and to verify its psychometric characteristics, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the study community consisted of all cancer patients under treatment whose names are listed in the registers of the life pulse Association in Karak governorate, numbering (300) patients, of whom (30) patients were selected as a survey sample for honesty and consistency procedures, and the study was presented to a survey sample of cancer patients, the size of (66) patients, and the study reached the following results: the level of psychological flexibility among cancer patients under treatment in Karak governorate was average, and there was no difference in the patients ' perceptions of the level of psychological flexibility due to two variables (social status and age). The study came up with a number of recommendations, most notably: conducting more studies on the category of cancer patients in Jordan to help increase their level of psychological flexibility.
