|a تتلخص هذه الدراسة عن بيان مدى مسؤولية الدولة وفقا للقانون الدولي عن أعمالها المشروعة وأن محور الدراسة يشير إلى بعض الأعمال المشروعة دون غيرها لعدم تشتت البحث مع بيان التعريف ببعض الأعمال المشروعة وبيلان تنظيمها القانوني وفقا لقواعد القانون الدولي ومدى وجود اتفاقيات أو معاهدات دولية تأطرها من حيث مدى بيان شروط لاستخدام تلك الأعمال المشروعة حتى لا تدخل ضمن التعسف في استعمال الحق أو الإهمال أو غيرها ومدى قيام المسؤولية الموضوعية عنها.
|b This study summarizes the statement of the extent of the responsibility of the state in accordance with international law for its legitimate actions and that the focus of the study refers to some legitimate actions and not others because the research is not dispersed with a statement of definition of some legitimate actions and the statement of their legal organization in accordance with the rules of international law and the extent of the existence of international agreements or treaties that frame them in terms of the extent Statement of conditions for the use of these legitimate actions so as not to fall within the abuse of the right or negligence or others and the extent of objective responsibility for them.
