| 520 | |a يعتبر الترجيح أحد الأبواب الأصولية الأصيلة، وفن لا غنى للأصولي عنه، زبدة المسائل الخلافية والغاية من إيرادها، والمبرز لأهلية النظر والاجتهاد من عدمهما، لكل عالم طريقته ومنهجه في عرض ما يراه راجحا، فأردت في هذه الدراسة أن نتعرف على منهج علم من أعلام بلدنا الحبيب- الجزائر- المغمورين "محمد بن بادي" من خلال كتابه الأصولي المطمور "فتح المتعال"، فتناولت بداية التعريف بالمؤلف والمؤلف، وثنيت بتعريف الترجيح، ثم تناولت منهجه من خلال دراسة استقرائية لكتابه والتي رصدت أهم ملامح طريقته ومنهجه في الترجيح، لتظهر بعده عن التقليد واستقلاله برأيه، وتمرسه وعلو كعبه. |b Weighting is considered one of the original fundamentalist chapters, and an indispensable art for fundamentalists, the result of the controversial issues and the purpose of presenting them, what is highlighted the eligibility for consideration and ijtihad or not. Every scholar has his own way and approach in presenting what he deems most likely, in this study, i wanted to get acquainted with the approach of one of the famous figures of our beloved country- Algeria- the obscure "Muhammad bin Badi" through his buried fundamentalist book "Fath al-Muttaal", first I discussed the definition of the author and the book, and then defined the weighting. Then, I discussed his approach through an inductive study of his book, which identified the most important features of his method and approach in weighting, to show his distance from tradition, his independence in his opinion, his practice, and the height of his ability. |d La pondération est considérée comme l'un des chapitres fondamentalistes originaux et un art indispensable pour les fondamentalistes, le résultat des questions controversées et le but de leur présentation, ce qui met en évidence l'éligibilité à l'examen et à l'ijtihad ou non. Chaque érudit a sa propre manière et approche pour présenter ce qu'il juge le plus probable, dans cette étude, j'ai voulu faire connaissance avec l'approche de l'une des figures célèbres de notre pays bien-aimé - l'Algérie- l'obscur "Muhammad bin Badi" à travers son livre fondamentaliste "Fath al- Muttaal", j'ai d'abord discuté de la définition de l'auteur et du livre, puis j'ai défini la pondération. Ensuite, j'ai discuté de son approche à travers une étude inductive de son livre, qui a identifié les caractéristiques les plus importantes de sa méthode et de son approche en matière de pondération, pour montrer sa distance par rapport à la tradition, son indépendance dans son opinion, sa pratique et la hauteur de ses capacités. | ||
