المستخلص: تناول البحث أهم أدوار الجمعيات الأهلية لتحقيق ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في الريف المصري وأبعادها، مع التركيز على دور الجمعيات الأهلية في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية، وتحديد دور جمعية نبع الخير بقرية اللشت التابعة لمركز العياط محافظة الجيزة، وطبقت الدراسة على (۲۰) من العاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية، و(١٥٠) من المستفيدين من خدمات جمعية نبع الخير بقرية اللشت التابعة لمركز العياط محافظة الجيزة، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الجمعيات الأهلية تحقق ريادة الأعمال في الريف المصري، وأوصى البحث بضرورة التدريب لزيادة المهارات وتدريب العاملين بالجمعيات الأهلية العاملة في مجال ريادة الأعمال بالريف المصري مع ضرورة استخدام التكنولوجيا لتطوير الأنشطة والخدمات المقدمة لتحسين نوعية الحياة في المجتمع الريفي، ويهدف البحث إلى تحقيق هدف عام مؤداه تحديد دور الجمعيات الأهلية في تحقيق ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في الريف المصري. وينتمي هذا البحث إلى البحوث الوصفية التحليلية. واستخدم الباحث منهج دراسة الحالة وذلك بالتركيز على قرية اللشت محل الدراسة. وقد تم عمل حصر شامل لجميع العاملين وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الجمعية وعددهم (۲۰)، وحصر شامل للمستفيدين وعددهم (١٥٠) مستفيد من الجمعية ممن شاركوا في مشروعات ريادية بالقرية. وقد استخدمت أدوات جمع البيانات والتي تمثلت في استمارة استبيان مطبقة على العاملين وأعضاء الجمعية، واستمارة استبيان للمستفيدين من الجمعية. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن أهم المشروعات التي تدعمها الجمعيات الأهلية هي: مشاريع تربية الدواجن والأرانب، وتربية الحيوانات، والمشغولات اليدوية، وتبين أن اهم المشكلات التي تواجه الجمعيات الأهلية هي ضعف الإمكانيات بها.

The study addressed the most important roles of civil society organizations in achieving social entrepreneurship in the Egyptian countryside and its dimensions, with a focus on the role of civil society organizations in promoting social entrepreneurship in the Egyptian countryside, with reference to the role of the Nabaa Al-Khair Association in the village of Lasht, affiliated with Al-Ayat Center, Giza Governorate, and the study was applied to (20 (150) of working in NGOs, (150) of whom benefited from the services of the Nabaa Al-Khair Association in the village of List, affiliated with Al-Ayat Center, Giza Governorate. Its results concluded that coordination between NGOs achieves entrepreneurship in the Egyptian countryside, and the study recommended the necessity of training to increase the skills and training. Employees of civil society organizations working in entrepreneurship in the Egyptian countryside, using technology to develop activities and services provided to improve the quality of life in the rural community. The research aims to achieve a general goal of determining the role of civil society organizations in achieving social entrepreneurship in the Egyptian countryside. This research belongs to descriptive analytical research. The researcher used the case study approach by focusing on the village of Lasht, the subject of the study. A comprehensive inventory of all the employees and members of the association’s board of directors, numbering (20), was conducted, and a comprehensive inventory of the beneficiaries, numbering (150) beneficiaries of the association who participated in pilot projects in the village. Data collection tools were used, which consisted of a questionnaire applied to employees and members of the association. In addition, a questionnaire form for the association’s beneficiaries. The results of the research showed that the most important projects supported by NGOs are projects for raising poultry, rabbits, animal husbandry, and handicrafts. It turned out that the most important problems facing NGOs are their weak capabilities.
