| 520 | |b The opening up of the Algerian audiovisual landscape has led to the emergence of many new TV channels. To deal with this, the Algerian authorities have set up laws and a structure to enforce them.This work was carried out within a private entertainment TV channel, SARL-EL DJAZAIRIA ONE. It consists of implementing a quality management system based on the ISAS-MEDIA 9001 version 2016 standard. In our study, we used the mixed method. In fact, we used the classically qualitative method. This was done in order to identify the main problems associated with this TV channel. We also applied a quantitative analysis. The aim of this work is to propose a project for a new managerial reorganization, based on quality principles, to avoid the risks associated with the TV channel. |d De nombreuses chaînes télévisées sont apparues, suite à l’ouverture du paysage audiovisuel algérien. Pour y faire face, les autorités ont procédé à la mise en place de lois et une structure, afin de les faire respecter. Ce travail a été réalisé au sein d’une chaîne télévisée privée de divertissement «SARL-EL DJAZAIRIA ONE». Il consiste en l’implémentation du système de management de qualité, selon la norme ISAS-MEDIA 9001 versions 2016. Nous avons utilisé dans notre étude la méthode mixte, c’est à-dire, la méthode classiquement qualitative, en vue de déterminer les principaux problèmes liés à cette chaîne TV. Nous avons, également procédé à une analyse quantitative. Notre but est de proposer un projet d’une nouvelle réorganisation managériale, qui repose sur les principes de la qualité, pour éviter les risques liés à la chaîne TV. | ||
