RUSSIA and CHINA have adopted a political discourse calling for the establishment of a Multi-Polar International Order in response to the geostrategic circumstances of the post-cold war ; in their actions in order to achieve this aim the two nations are assisted by the sharing of common interests and the same approaches on a number of regional and international issues ; the effects of this policy, however, have been constrained, and their endeavor as well as the idea of the International Multi-Polarity itself have suffered as a result of their competing interests and political divergences regarding the nature of this Multi-Polarity... |
