المستخلص: Participatory democracy is one of the recent topics that have taken up a great deal of interest among researchers, as it focuses on involving citizens in decision-making and public policy-making, because participation gives everyone the right to criticism and dialogue in a democratic public space, and to form a public opinion in order to reach a consensus on the public interest. Based on this new approach and its intersection with the tremendous technological development, especially social media, including the participation of individuals in the decision-making process and the management of public affairs, and this is what this study looks at, especially in how to employ this blue space through mechanisms and digital participation tools to spread.
