|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على جملة الجهود المبذولة لاستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى القطاع الصناعي الجزائري بالحد الذي يسمح بانتعاش الصناعي وتعزيز جودة الإنتاج المحلي طبيعة الدراسة استلزمت المزج بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتقنية الاستشراف وتم التوصل إلى وجود ضعف في تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر يرجع السبب الرئيسي لذلك إلى وجود ثغرات وعوائق في الضمانات المقدمة للمستثمر الأجنبي وضعف مناخ الاستثمار عموما أدى إلى حدوث عزوف استثماري يضغط على تطور الصناعة محلية، وبالنظر إلى جملة الإجراءات والجهود أخرها قانون الاستثمار الجديد يمكن القول بأنه من المرجح أن يشهد القطاع انفتاحا وفعالية أكبر خلال السنوات المقبلة بالنظر إلى مضمون الإجراءات الجديدة والواقع الاقتصادي وبالتالي إعطاء استشرافا إيجابيا نوعا ما وأن لن تتضح معالمه حتى يأخذ الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر مرونة أكبر مما هو عليه الآن، وعليه وجب على الجزائر الاهتمام اكثر باستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية من خلال دعم مناخ الاستثمار وتحفيزه وكذلك الاهتمام أكثر بالصناعات التحويلية
|b The research paper aims to shed light on the efforts made to attract foreign direct investment to the Algerian industrial sector, by limit that allows the industrial recovery and enhancing the quality of local production, The nature of the study necessitated a mixture between the descriptive and analytical approach and the foresight technique we find That there is a weakness in the flow of FDI due to the presence of obstacles in the guarantees provided to foreign investors, and weak investment climate it presses on the development of local industry, in view of the procedures and efforts taken such as the new investment law we can said that this sector is likely to become more open in the coming years, so we will provide a similar foresight even if won’t become clear until the foreign direct investment takes greater flexibility, so Algeria should pay more attention to the investment climate, and interest in the manufacturing industry
