|a يتناول المقال علاقة التأويل بالحجاج ضمن ما يعرف بنظرية الحجاج البلاغي عند "شايم بيرلمان" الذي حاول إقحام التأويل باعتباره منهجا معاصرا لقراءة وفهم وتأويل مختلف النصوص والخطابات بما في ذلك الخطابات الحجاجية، وذلك سعيا منه إلى بناء نظرية متكاملة في الحجاج غايتها تحقيق حجاج موجه إلى مستمع كوني هذا الحجاج يقوم على مجموعة من المقدمات المسلم بها كونيا والتي يجب تأويلها تأويلا يتحقق معه التفاهم وغياب الإكراه.
|b The article deals with the relationship of interpretation and argumentation within what is known as the theory of rhetorical argumentation according to Chaïm Perelman, who tried to introduce interpretation as a contemporary approach to reading, understanding and interpreting various texts and speeches, including argumentative speeches, in an effort to build an integrated theory of argumentation its goal is to achieve directed argumentation to a universal audience, it is based on a set of universally accepted premises that must be interpreted in a way that understanding is achieved and coercion is absent.
