|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على سيميائية القيم الأخلاقية في ضوء المقاصد الفقهية، حيث بينت اهتمام الشريعة الإسلامية للجانب الأخلاقي بشكل عام وإيضاح المقاصد في الأبواب الفقهية بشكل خاص. وتضمنت الدراسة منهجية الشريعة الإسلامية على إنها متكاملة صالحة للتطبيق في كل زمان ومكان، وما تحتويه من تفصيلات وأحكام تتناسب مع الفطرة البشرية والقيم التربوية والسلوكيات الإنسانية. وبينت أن المنهج المعرفي التكاملي الأخلاقي متوافقا مع الأبواب الفقهية، حيث نجد ذلك جليا في بطون أمهات الكتب الفقهية وغيرها. ويسعى كل منها إلى شرح تأصيلات ومرتكزات الإسلام باستخدام الأدلة النقلية والعقلية والبراهين بإثبات أن منظومة الإسلام شاملة لكل الأطياف دون تمييز بين طبقات المجتمع، وهذه من مسلمات المنهج التكاملي المعرفي الإسلامي. ووضحت من خلال هذا البحث أهمية الأخلاق في ضوء المقاصد الفقهية، وبيان النسق المعرفي، والترابطي بين العلوم، وإيضاح الرؤية المقاصدية الأخلاقية ودورها في بناء مجتمع متكامل.
|b Semiotics of Ethical Education in Light of Jurisprudential Objectives- A Jurisprudential- Analytical Study - This study aims to focus on the semiotics of ethical values in light of jurisprudential objectives, highlighting the general concern of Islamic law for the ethical aspect and clarifying the objectives within jurisprudential chapters specifically. The study includes the methodology of Islamic law, emphasizing its comprehensive nature and applicability across all times and places. It details rules and judgments that align with human nature, educational values, and human behaviors. It demonstrates that the integrative ethical epistemological approach is consistent with jurisprudential chapters, clearly evident in classical jurisprudential texts and other works. Each seeks to explain the foundations and pillars of Islam using both textual and rational evidence, proving that the Islamic system encompasses all societal segments without discrimination, a fundamental principle of the Islamic integrative epistemological approach. This research highlights the importance of ethics in light of jurisprudential objectives, explaining the epistemological structure and interconnection between sciences, and clarifying the ethical objective vision and its role in building an integrated society.
