|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان التأصيل النظري والشرعي للإعانات الاقتصادية في الاقتصادين الوضعي والإسلامي، والتعرف على الإعانات التي تقدمها مديرينا الدواء والغذاء في المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء الأردنية، وتأثيرها على الاقتصاد الوطني، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة الإجابة عن السؤال: ما الإعانات الاقتصادية التي تقدمها المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء الأردنية؟ تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى أن سياسة الإعانات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي تستند إلى العمل بمبدأ السياسة الشرعية، وتدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للمؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء الأردنية دورا بارزا في زيادة كفاءة الصادرات الأردنية، ودعم الصناعة في القطاعين، بما يعزز الثقة بالمنتج الغذائي والدوائي الأردني في الأسواق المحلية والخارجية، بما حظي به القطاعان في المؤسسة من امتيازات ودعم حكومي.
|b The study aims to elucidate the theoretical and Sharia-based foundations of economic subsidies in both the conventional and Islamic economies. It seeks to identify the subsidies provided by the Directorates of Medicine and Food in the Jordanian Food and Drug Administration and their impact on the national economy. The study problem revolves around answering the question: What are the economic subsidies provided by the Jordanian Food and Drug Administration? The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and concludes that the policy of subsidies in the Islamic economy is based on adhering to Sharia principles and state intervention in economic activities. The study also reveals that the Jordanian Food and Drug Administration plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of Jordanian exports and supporting industry in both sectors, thereby boosting confidence in Jordanian food and pharmaceutical products in domestic and international markets. This is due to the privileges and government support enjoyed by the two sectors in the institution.
