|a لقد أصبحت مخرجات العولمة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية تطرح الكثير من المشكلات على الساحة العالمية اليوم، لذلك بات من الضروري إيجاد استراتيجيات للتكيف ومواجهة هذه المخاطر التي قد تهدد المجتمعات، وهذا هو موضوع علم اجتماع المخاطر. ولقد ظهرت الكثير من المداخل والمقاربات النظرية السوسيولوجية التي تدرس مجتمع المخاطر وأبرزها ما كتبه: أولريش بيك، أنتوني غيدنز، وغيرهم. وعليه تحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق لوجهات النظر التي يقدمها هؤلاء العلماء محل البحث حول موضوع الخطر من أجل فهم وقراءة جديدة لهذه المجتمعات وتفسير ما تعشيه مع عصر أهم سمات وخصوصيات علم اجتماع المخاطر وأهم الآثار المترتبة عنه والتي مست جميع الأصعدة حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى توضيح السبل الكفيلة لإدارة المخاطر والتعامل معها.
|b The outcomes of political, economic, social and cultural globalization have begun to pose many problems on the global scene today, so it has become necessary to find strategies to adapt and confront these risks that may threaten societies, and this is the subject of the sociology of risks. Many sociological theoretical approaches and approaches have emerged that study risk society, most notably those written by: Ulrich Beck, Anthony Giddens, and others. Accordingly, this research paper attempts to address the viewpoints presented by these scholars in question on the subject of risk in order to understand and read a new way about these societies and explain what they experience, along with the most important features and peculiarities of the sociology of risk and the most important implications resulting from it, which touched all levels. The study concluded by clarifying ways to manage and deal with risks.
