|b This research aims to explore the situation of business accelerators in Algeria, and their role in supporting startups; which contribute to the development of local entrepreneurship and the national economy. The main objective of these acceleration programs is to promote the rapid growth of a startup by providing it with a set of resources: material, financial, mentoring and advice, to overcome initial challenges and accelerate their trajectory towards success. The study concluded that accelerators in Algeria suffer from several shortcomings and their role still limited .Tthrough this article recommendations are made to overcome these shortcomings. In conclusion, is necessary to work on strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a whole.
|d Cette recherche vise à explorer la situation des accélérateurs d’entreprises en Algérie, et leurs rôle dans le soutien aux startups qui contribuent au développement de l’entrepreneuriat local et de l’économie nationale. L’objectif principal de ces programmes d’accélération est de favoriser la croissance rapide d’une startup en lui fournissant un ensemble de ressources: materiels, financieres, mantorat et conseils, pour surmonter les défis initiaux et accélérer leurs trajectoire vers le succès. l’étude a conclue que, les accélérateurs en Algérie souffrent de plusieurs manquements et leurs rôle est encore limité , a travers cet article des recommandations sont formulées pour vaincre ces manquements. En conclusion, il est nécessaire de travailler sur le renforcement de l'écosystème entrepreneurial dans son ensemble.
