|a أن الحكم كلما كان هادئ ويمتلك سيطرة على نفسه وبموقف يتلائم مع المواقف في المباراة، كلما كان الحكم جيداً ويمتلك قدرة على التفسير في أصعب الظروف وأصعب الأوقات، حيث يفرض شخصيته وقدرته على إدارة المباراة ويصل بها إلى بر النجاح وكلما كان الحكم في موقف مناسب وزاوية رؤية مناسبة كلما اتضحت الصورة وازدادت قدرته على تفسير الحالة بالشكل الصحيح وإعطاء القرار المناسب بأجزاء من الثانية من خلال السرعة والدقة بالتفسير ومن ثم تحويله إلى قرار مباشر. حيث تكمن أهمية البحث الحالي في ماهية العلاقة السببية للناقل العصبي الكيميائي الدوبامين بحيث يعطينا صورة واضحة للعمل الكيميائي داخل جسم الحكم أثناء سير المباريات ومدى قوة تلك العلاقة بالمعرفة القانونية ومستوى الأداء لحكام كرة الصالات، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف العلاقة السببية للناقل العصبي الدوبامين بالمعرفة القانونية ومستوى الأداء التحكيمي لحكام كرة القدم للصالات. أما مجتمع البحث فقد حدد الباحثان مجتمع البحث بحكام الدرجة الممتازة بكرة القدم للصالات (الفرات الأوسط)، للموسم (2023-2024) والبالغ عددهم (30) حكماً وتم اختيار (20) حكماً ممن التزموا بجميع الاختبارات وهم يمثلون عينة البحث موزعين على (5) محافظات. وأهم الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها الباحثان هو تميز الحكام ممن يمتلكون مستوى مرتفع من الدوبامين تجعلهم ذو مستوى مرتفع من المميزات القيادية وهذا يجعلهم أكثر قدرة في اتخاذ القرار التحكيمي وقلة أخطائهم.

The importance of the current research lies in what is the causal relationship of the chemical neurotransmitter dopamine, so that it gives us a clear picture of the chemical action inside the referee’s body during the course of matches and the strength of that relationship with legal knowledge and the level of performance of futsal referees. The research aims to identify the causal relationship of the neurotransmitter dopamine with legal knowledge and level of performance. Arbitration for futsal referees. As for the research community, the researchers defined the research community as the referees of the Premier Division of futsal football (Middle Euphrates), for the season (2023 - 2024). Their number is (30) referees, and (20) referees were selected from those who adhered to all the tests, and they represent the research sample, distributed among (5) governorates. The most important conclusions reached by the researchers is that referees are distinguished by those who have a high level of dopamine, which makes them have a high level of leadership qualities, and this makes them more capable in making arbitration decisions and making fewer mistakes.
