المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لبيان أهم الضوابط والركائز في العمل الدعوي، والتي تعتبر من أولوياته إذ تضفي عليه تميزا وفعالية، وتمهد له الطريق من أجل ضمان الوصول إلى عمل دعوي دقيق وسليم ليتلاءم مع أحوال المدعويين جميعا، حيث يتطلب ذلك فهما عميقا في علم الدعوة إلى الله على ضوء فهم النفس البشرية، وفهم السنن الاجتماعية، ومعرفة أحكام الشريعة ومقاصدها والدراية بوسائل وأساليب الدعوة إلى الله. ومن الضوابط المهمة ضوابط على مستوى المضمون، وعلى مستوى الأهداف والغايات، وضوابط على مستوى الوسائل، بالإضافة إلى مرتكزات بمثابة ميثاق للارتقاء بالعمل الدعوي والداعية حتى يكون مواكبا للعصر، يعيش آلام الأمة وآمالها، كما تعرفنا على أهم المصطلحات المتعلقة بمرتكزات أولويات العمل الدعوي كالأصالة الدعوية، والوسطية الدعوية، والواقعية الدعوية، ومدى مساهمتها في إعادة تشكيل العمل الدعوي وتحقيق النجاح في الغاية والمقصد عقيدة وعلما ووعيا وفكرا وثقافة، وترشيد الدعاة بهدايات الوحي، وإحياء وعيه برسالته الإنسانية، ودوره في إلحاق هدف الدعوة للعالمين).

This research aims to elucidate the most important controls and foundations in the field of religious work, which are considered a priority as they impart distinctiveness and effectiveness to it, paving the way for the achievement of precise and sound religious work that suits the conditions of all those being invited. This requires a deep understanding of the science of calling to God in light of the understanding of human psychology, social norms, knowledge of the rulings of Sharia and its objectives, and awareness of the means and methods of inviting people to God. Among these controls are content-related controls, controls related to objectives and goals, and controls related to means, in addition to foundations serving as a charter to enhance religious work and the caller to be in tune with the times, experiencing the pains and hopes of the nation. We also learned about the most important terms related to the foundations of the priorities of religious work, such as the religious authenticity, the religious moderation, and the religious realism, and the extent of their contribution to reshaping religious work and achieving success in its ultimate goal, both in terms of belief, knowledge, awareness, thought, and culture. It also involves guiding the preachers with the light of revelation and reviving their awareness of their human message and their role in delivering the message to all of humanity.
