In Algeria, the compensation for bodily injuries, stemming notably from French law, has been integrated into the general social security system by law of 83-13 concerning work-related accidents and occupational diseases. |d Le droit des accidents de travail a également été précurseur: en donnant naissance à un nouveau concept d’indemnisation fondée sur la notion de risque. Une législation et une réglementation importante accompagnent les risques professionnels. En Algérie, l’indemnisation des dommages corporels, ayant son origine notamment dans le droit français, a été intégrée dans le régime général de sécurité social par une loi du 83-13 relative aux accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles. | ||
