المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان تطور عملية السلام العربي مع إسرائيل ابتداء من اتفاقية السلام المصرية الإسرائيلية عام ۱۹۷۹ التي أشرفت عليها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مرورا باتفاقيات سلام عربية أخرى كاتفاق مدريد للسلام عام ۱۹۹۱ واتفاقي أوسلو- ۱ عام ١٩٩٣ وأوسلو- ۲ عام ۱۹۹٥ واتفاق وادي عربة عام ١٩٩٤... إلخ، وصولا إلى اتفاقيات ذات طابع خاص وتتسم بتفرد الأساس الذي بنيت عليه وطبيعة ظروفها وأهدافها، وهي اتفاقيات السلام التي أبرمت برعاية أمريكية بين دولتين عربيتين خليجيتين لم يكن بينهما وبين إسرائيل أي عداوات مباشرة ولم تخض أي منهما ضدها أية حروب، هما دولتي البحرين والإمارات العربية المتحدة. وتهدف الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى تحليل أثر اتفاقيتي الإمارات والبحرين للسلام مع إسرائيل على القضية الفلسطينية وعملية السلام في منطقة الشرق الأوسط برمتها بمعنى بحث حدود الإيجابيات والسلبيات التي يمكن أن تتسبب فيها اتفاقيتان كهاتين المبرمتين من جانب كل من البحرين والإمارات مع إسرائيل، وكذا تناول صور الحصاد العربي عموما والفلسطيني على وجه الخصوص من جراء توقيع الاتفاقيتين مع بيان أهداف ومرامي أطرافهما، وكذا أهداف الوسيط الذي أشرف عليهما، وهي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في ظل إدارة ترامب مع بيان حدود استفادة أطراف الاتفاقيتين على كافة المستويات السياسية والأمنية والعسكرية والاقتصادية، فضلا عن ذلك فإن الدراسة تبحث حدود تبني إدارة جو بايدن لاتفاقيتي السلام مع الدوليتين الخليجيتين. وأخيرا قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من السيناريوهات المستقبلية لشكل العلاقات العربية الإسرائيلية وتوازن القوى في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وتأثير ذلك على القضية الفلسطينية.

This study seeks to statement the development of the Arab peace process with Israel, starting with the Egyptian-Israeli peace agreement of 1979, which was supervised by the United States of America, passing through other Arab peace agreements such as the Madrid Peace Agreement in 1991, the Oslo-1 agreements in 1993, Oslo-2 in 1995 and the Wadi Araba agreement in 1994...etc., down to agreements of a special nature and characterized by the uniqueness of the basis on which they were built and the nature of their circumstances and objectives, which are the peace agreements concluded under American auspices between two Arab Gulf states that did not have direct hostilities between them and Israel, and neither of them fought any wars against it, The two states are Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. The study mainly aims to analyze the impact of the recent Arab peace agreements with Israel on the Palestinian cause and the peace process in the Middle East as a whole, in the sense of examining the limits of the positives and negatives that can be caused by The two agreements concluded by Bahrain and the Emirates with Israel, as well as dealing with forms of the Arab harvest In general and the Palestinians in particular, as a result of signing the two agreements with a statement of the goals and objectives of their parties, as well as the goals of the mediator who supervised them, which is the United States of America under the Trump administration, with an explanation of the limits of the parties of the two agreements’ benefit at all political, security, military and economic levels, in addition to that, the study examines the limits of Joe Biden's administration adopts two peace agreements with the two Gulf states. Finally, the study presented a set of future scenarios for the appearance of Arab-Israeli relations and the balance of power in the Middle East and its impact on the Palestinian cause.
