المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة أنسب الأساليب التطبيقية للحصول على خصلات صوف مغسولة ومعقمة تصلح للتمشيط باستخدام جهاز لتمشيط صوف الأغنام المصري محل الدراسة من تصميم الباحثان، وقياس ملاءمة شعيرات الصوف بعد معالجته في حشو المفروشات المقترحة للأطفال حديثي الولادة من خلال استبيان للمتخصصين لتقييم القيمة الجمالية والوظيفية والاقتصادية، واستبيان آخر للمستهلكين، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي لتحقيق أهدافه، وتم تنفيذ (٤) منتجات لمفروشات الطفل حديث الولادة من حشو شعيرات الصوف الناتج من الجهاز المقترح، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج وتم التوصل إلى أن أفضل المحاور هو (الجانب الوظيفي) يليه (الجانب الجمالي والابتكاري)، يليه (الجانب الاقتصادي) وفقا لآراء المتخصصين، وأفضل المنتجات المقترحة لمفروشات الطفل من شعيرات الصوف المصري في تحقيق بنود التقييم (ككل) وفقا لآراء المستهلكين هي المنتج رقم (۱) (وسادة جلوس للطفل)، بمعامل جودة (98.00)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين ترتيب كل من المتخصصين والمستهلكين في ضوء محاور التقييم لكل منهم بلغت قيمة (ر= 0.800) وهي دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) وهى علاقة طردية أي أن هناك توافق بين التقييم من الناحية العلمية والعملية، وتقديم توصيات ومقترحات ببحوث مستقبلية للاستفادة من النتائج في إقامة مشروعات صغيرة لمفروشات الأطفال لتحقيق كمية الراحة والأمان في الاستخدام، ورفع مستوى الجودة للمنافسة على المستوى المحلي والعالمي ودفع عجلة التنمية وتقليل سعر المنتجات والحد من البطالة.

The current research aims to study the most appropriate applied methods to obtain washed and sterilized wool Fibers suitable for combing using a device to comb the wool of the Egyptian sheep under study prepared by the researchers, and to measure the suitability of the wool bristles after treatment in filling the proposed upholstery for newborns through a questionnaire for specialists to assess the aesthetic, functional and economic value And another questionnaire for consumers, and the research followed the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method to achieve its aims, and (4) products were implemented for the newborn baby’s furnishings from the wool Fibers produced by the proposed device, and the statistical treatment of the results was carried out and it was concluded that the best axes are (the functional side) followed by (the side The aesthetic and innovative), followed by the (economic aspect) according to the opinions of specialists, and the best proposed products for baby furnishings from Egyptian wool Fibers in achieving the evaluation items (as a whole) according to the opinions of consumers is the product No. (1) (children’s seating cushion), with a quality coefficient (98.00), and there is a relationship Correlation between the ranking of both specialists and consumers in the light of the evaluation axes for each of them reached a value of (t= 0.800), which is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) and It is a direct relationship, meaning that there is agreement between the evaluation from a scientific and practical point of view, and making recommendations and proposals for future research to benefit from the results in establishing small projects for children’s furniture to achieve the amount of comfort and safety in use, and raise the level of quality to compete at the local and global levels, advance the wheel of development, reduce the price of products and reduce from unemployment.
