المستخلص: تعمل الدولة على تغير مفاهيم التعليم والتركيز على الإسهامات الفكرية التي تعمل على تنمية المهارات الإبداعية لتكون أساسا هاما للتنمية المستدامة والمساهمة في حل بعض المشكلات الاقتصادية لشرائح المجتمع المختلفة. فالعصر الذي نعيش فيه يحتاج لفرد يتكيف مع ظروفه الحياتية والمتغيرات الفكرية والاقتصادية السريعة حتى يكون قادر على تقديم الجديد والمميز كل في مجاله وهذا يتطلب قدر من التفكير الإبداعي، وبالنظر إلى فن النسيج اليدوي نجد أنه يسير بخطى متأصلة نحو التقدم مثله كمثل الفنون الأخرى والتي تغيرت مع طبيعة العصر لتحاكي التطور المعرفي والمجتمعي لتحقيق إبداعات الفنان التشكيلي بلغته المعاصرة، والتي تعتمد على البحث والتجريب للوصول إلى فكر متميز يعكس التوازن في الإبداع الفني بين المتعة والمنفعة. ومن هنا يعتبر موضوع التنمية من أكثر الموضوعات التي تهتم بها العلوم الاجتماعية في عصرنا الحالي. ولهذه الدراسة دورا هاما في إثراء مجال النسيج اليدوي وإدراك عمق العلاقة والارتباط بين الفن والمجتمع، لدعم التفكير الإيجابي وإنعاش النشاط التسويقي من خلال مهارات ومفاهيم تنمية السلوك الإنتاجي. لذا اتسمت الدراسة بإنتاج وحدات من النسيج اليدوي لتكون أحد ركائز مكملات الزي فمن المعروف أنه يوجد نوعين من مكملات الزي وهي المنفصلة وأخرى متصلة وقد ركزت الباحثة على كلا النوعين حيث أنهما يعبران عن وجهة نظرها في ما يضاف إلى القطعة الملبسية المصممة خصيصا لتغيير مظهرها الخارجي. وجاءت مشكلة البحث في كيف يمكن توظيف وحدات النسيج اليدوي كمكمل زي والإفادة منه في عمل مشروع متناهي الصغر؟ وافترضت الباحثة أنه يمكن الاستفادة من وحدات النسيج اليدوي في مشروع إنتاجي متناهي الصغر. وهدف البحث إلى الإفادة من وحدات النسيج اليدوي كمكمل زي والإفادة منه في عمل مشروع إنتاجي متناهي الصغر. وترجع أهمية البحث في فتح آفاق إنتاجية جديدة للتجريب في مجال النسجيات اليدوية لاستحداث حلول وصياغات تشكيلية لمكملات الزي وأيضا إثراء مجال النسيج اليدوي برؤية توظيفية مستحدثة في إطار مفهوم المشروعات متناهية الصغر.

The government is working to change the concepts of education and focus on intellectual contributions that work to develop creative skills to be an important basis for Sustainable Development and contribute to solving some economic problems for different segments of society. The era in which we live needs an individual who adapts to his life circumstances and the rapid intellectual and economic changes in order to be able to present the new and distinctive each in his field, and this requires a degree of creative thinking, and considering the art of hand-weaving, we find that it is walking an inherent line towards progress like other arts, which changed with the nature In his contemporary language, which relies on research and experimentation to reach a distinct thought that reflects the balance in artistic creativity between pleasure and benefit. Hence, the topic of development is one of the most interesting topics of Social Science in our time. This study has an important role in enriching the field of hand weaving and realizing the depth of the relationship and connection between art and society, to support positive thinking and revitalize marketing activity through the skills and concepts of developing productive behavior. Therefore, the study was characterized by the production of textile pieces as samples for trainees to be one of the pillars of the costume supplements.it is known that there are two types of costume supplements, which are separate and others connected. the researcher focused on both types as they expressed her point of view in what is added to the piece of clothing designed specifically to change its external appearance. The problem of the research was How can handmade weaving units can be employed as a costume supplement and utilized in the work of a micro-Production-project? The study assumed that hand weaving units could be used in a micro-Production Project. The aim of the research is to benefit from hand- weaving units as a costume supplement and to benefit from it in the work of a micro-Production Project. The importance of the research is to open new productive horizons for experimentation in the field of hand made weaving to develop solutions and formulaic formulations to complement the related garment, as well as enriching the field of hand made weaving with an updated employment vision within the framework of the concept of a micro-production project.
