|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في الجامعات الحكومية بمحافظة حضرموت، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين الحاصلين على رئيس قسم فما فوق من الإداريين والفنيين في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية بمحافظة حضرموت، حيث استخدمت العينة القصدية، وقد كانت نسبة استجابة العينة (76)، وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل للبيانات وفرضيات الدراسة توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها : ظهر توجد علاقة قوية جدا بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتميز المؤسسي في الجامعات الحكومية بمحافظة حضرموت بلغت (0.981)، وأثبتت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المبحوثين حول التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتميز المؤسسي في الجامعات الحكومية بمحافظة حضرموت تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية ( الجامعة، النوع، المسمى الوظيفي، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة). وقد أوصت الدراسة وضع آليات محددة وممنهجة تضمن مشاركة أوسع لمجتمع الجامعة الداخلي والخارجي عند صياغة رؤية ورسالة الجامعة، وعند تحديثها، مراعاة أن تتضمن الرسالة المحاور الرئيسة لطبيعة عمل الجامعة، وهي: العملية التعليمية البحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع، مع اعتبار القيم كمنطلق ومظلة لهذه المحاور، الاستمرار في تبنى الأهداف الاستراتيجية استنادا إلى حاجات ورغبات العملاء، ترسيخ ثقافة التميز في كل أنحاء الجامعة، ونشر قيم الجودة في الأداء.
|b The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic planning in achieving institutional excellence in public universities in Hadramout Governorate, descriptive analytical approach was used based questionnaire, study population consisted all of administrative workers in Yemeni public universities in Hadramout Governorate, a Purposeful sample was used, and after conducting analysis of data and hypotheses the study reached a set of results, Most notably: It appeared that there is a very strong relationship between strategic planning and institutional excellence in public universities in Hadramaut Governorate, amounting to (0.981), and the study proved that there are no statistically significant differences between the respondents’ responses regarding strategic planning and institutional excellence in the public universities in Hadhramout Governorate due to personal and occupational variables. The study recommended developing specific and systematic mechanisms that ensure broader participation of the university’s internal and external community when formulating the university’s vision and mission, and when updating it, taking into account that the message includes the main axes of the nature of the university’s work, which are: the educational process, scientific research, and community service, while considering values as a starting point and an umbrella for these axes.
