المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الاختلاف في اللغة والاصطلاح، ودلالات لفظ الاختلاف في الكتاب والسنة، ثم يبين أنواع الاختلاف وأسبابه عند الدعاة، كما يعرض خطبة النبي للأنصار يوم حنين بالوقوف على تاريخ وقوعها، ومناسبة الخطبة ورواياتها، ثم يوضح أسس التعامل مع الاختلاف في ضوء خطبة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) للأنصار. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: أن للاختلاف بين الدعاة أسبابا علمية، كالاختلاف في الفهم والإدراك، وأسبابا خلقية كالتعصب واتباع الهوى. كما أكدت مضامين خطبة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) على ضرورة العدل والإنصاف عند الاختلاف. وإن مما ينبغي على الدعاة الحرص عليه عند الاختلاف التثبت قبل إصدار الأحكام؛ سدا لباب الشحناء والفرقة بين الدعاة. ومن توصياته ضرورة بذل المزيد من العناية بدراسة السنة النبوية، والإفادة منها في العمل الدعوي المعاصر، وإعداد الدعاة للتعامل مع الاختلاف من النواحي النفسية والعلمية والاجتماعية.

This research deals with the concept of disagreement in language and terminology, and the connotations of the word disagreement in the Qur’an and Sunnah, then explains the types of disagreement and its causes among preachers. It also presents the Prophet’s sermon to the Ansar on the Day of Hunayn by examining the date of its occurrence, the occasion of the sermon and its narrations, then it explains the foundations of dealing with disagreement in light of the Prophet’s sermon for the Ansar. Among the most prominent results of the research: There are scientific reasons behind the difference between the preachers (al-duaat) like the difference in their understanding and comprehension as well as there are congenital reasons like prejudice (al-ta’assub) and desire to follow personal inclination (ittiba al-hawa). In addition, the contents of the speech of the Prophet (peace be upon him) asserted the need to be just and fair when the differences occur. Moreover, In case of differences, the preachers (al-duaat) should investigate the matter thoroughly before issuing any rulings and that is to close the door of enmity and divisiveness between them. Among the Recommendations: There is compelling need to give more focus on the study of Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyah, so that it can be befited from in the contemporary Dawah work. In addition, The preachers should be prepared to deal with the difference from psychological, social and scientific aspects.
