أن الدراسة تناولت “مستقبل النفط العربي في ظل مصادر الطاقة البديلة (الفرص والتحديات( اليمن أنموذجاً” وهو موضوعاً غاية في الأهمية حيث أن النفط العربي يحتل مكانة مرموقة ضمن خارطة سوق النفط الدولية ولدية القدرة على إمداد أسواق النفط العالمية بهذه السلعة الهامة والحيوية ومن اجل أن يبقى النفط العربي محافظاً على مكانته ضمن خارطة سوق النفط العالمية فأن هذا يتطلب مزيداً من الاهتمام من قبل الدول العربية النفطية بهذا القطاع الهام من خلال ضخ مزيداً من الاستثمارات المالية نحو هذا القطاع من اجل الحفاظ على مكانته العالمية بين مزيج الطاقة الأخرى. كون هذه الاستثمارات قد شهدت تراجعاً ملحوظا في الآونة الأخيرة وخصوصاً مع تراجع أسعار النفط إلى مستويات قياسية لم تشهدها من قبل. إضافة إلى ما يتعرض له قطاع النفط العربي من إشكاليات بسبب الأوضاع السياسية والأمنية الأخيرة التي عصفت بالمنطقة العربية مما عرض هذا القطاع للكثير من المشاكل والتحديات. وقد جاءت الدراسة في أربعة فصول بخلاف المقدمة والخاتمة وذلك كما يلي: الفصل الأول: مدخل عام في واقع القطاع النفطي في الدول العربية. الفصل الثاني: النفط العربي ودورة المستقبلي في سوق النفط العالمية. الفصل الثالث: الطاقة البديلة في ظل التطورات الاقتصادية (عربياً وعالمياً). الفصل الرابع: مستقبل النفط كمصدر هام للطاقة في ظل الأزمات والتحديات الأمنية والاقتصادية.
The study dealt with a topic very important as the Arab oil occupies a prominent position within the international oil market map and has the ability to supply global oil markets this important commodity and vital, in order that the remains of the Arab oil maintaining its position within the global oil market map, this requires more The interest of the Arab oil countries in this important sector by injecting more financial investments towards this sector in order to reduce the global space between the other energy mix. As these investments have witnessed a decline in recent times, especially from the drop in oil prices to record levels have not seen before. In addition to the problems faced by the Arab oil sector because of the recent political and security situation in the Arab region, which presented the sector with many problems and challenges. The study was presented in four chapters other than the introduction and conclusion as follows: Chapter 1: A general introduction to the reality of the oil sector in the Arab countries: This chapter is divided into three sections dealing with the definition of oil and its economic importance as the main source of energy in addition to the development of hydrocarbon resources in the Arab countries and finally the status of oil in the economies of the Arab countries, which is the main artery of the Arab oil economies. Chapter II: Arab oil and the future cycle in the global oil market: This chapter is divided into three sections dealing with the importance of Arab oil in supplying the world oil market with energy as well as the reality of oil industry in the Arab countries and finally the international and strategic dimension of Arab oil. Chapter III: Alternative energies in the light of economic developments (Arab and global): This chapter is divided into three sections dealing with oil and alternative renewable and nonrenewable energies as well as the role of coal and gas growing in the global energy record and finally the reality of alternative energies in the Arab countries. Chapter IV The future of Arab oil as an important source of energy in light of economic crises and challenges: This chapter is divided into three sections dealing with the future of oil in the short and medium term as well as rationalizing the energy consumption in the Arab countries, the motives and the economic effects, and finally the Arab oil in the light of crises and global economic, security and political challenges.
