|a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر خدمات لوجستيات النقل البحري على النمو الاقتصادي في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد انتهج البحث المنهج الاستنباطي، والتحليلي بالإضافة إلى الأسلوب القياسي؛ وقد اشتمل على فصلين، تم في الفصل الأول استعراض المفاهيم المتعلقة بالقطاع اللوجستي، ومكوناته، ومعرفة التأصيل الإسلامي للقطاع اللوجستي، ومعرفة مفاهيم النمو الاقتصادي ونظرياته، وموقف الإسلام منه، وفي الفصل الثاني تم التعريف بلوجستيات النقل البحري والتعرف على خدماتها اللوجستية، واستعراض حجم التبادل التجاري عن طريق لوجستيات النقل البحري ودورها في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وفي الدراسة القياسية تم معرفة أثر خدمات لوجستيات النقل البحري على النمو الاقتصادي عن طريق أسلوب بيانات البانل، وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها أن لوجستيات النقل البحري بالمملكة العربية السعودية تقوم بأعمال لوجستية ضخمة ومتعددة، وأن الدور الذي تقدمه لوجستيات النقل البحري يعتبر دورا محوريا في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي وذلك من خلال تسيير الصادرات والواردات الدولية كما تقدم البحث بعدد من التوصيات، يتمثل أبرزها: زيادة الخدمات اللوجستية في بعض الموانئ وتطويرها، وتفعيل خدمة النقل في الموانئ الأخرى حيث أنها حاليا محصورة على بعض الموانئ.
|b The research aimed to know the impact of maritime transport logistics services on economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research adopted the deductive and analytical approaches in addition to the standard method. It included two chapters. In the first chapter, the concepts related to the logistics sector and its components were reviewed, knowledge of the Islamic rooting of the logistics sector, knowledge of the concepts and theories of economic growth, and Islam’s attitude towards it. In the second chapter, maritime transport logistics was introduced and its logistical services were identified, and the volume of trade exchange through maritime transport logistics and its role in the gross domestic product was reviewed. In the standard study, the impact of maritime transport logistics services on economic growth was known through the panel data method. A group of significant results were reached, the most important of which is that maritime transport logistics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia carries out huge and multiple logistical work. The role provided by maritime transport logistics is considered a pivotal role in achieving economic growth through the management of international exports and imports. The research also presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: increasing and developing logistical services in some ports, and activating transportation services in other ports, as they are currently limited on only limited number of ports.
