|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق الجزء الأخير من كتاب تخريج الفروع على الأصول لجمال الدين عبد الرحيم بن الحسن الإسنوي الشافعي المتوفى سنة: (۷۷۲ه) يبدأ التحقيق من (الكتاب الخامس في دلائل اختلف فيها) إلى نهاية الكتاب دراسة وتحقيقا. وقد اعتمدت في تحقيق هذا الجزء من الكتاب على ثلاث نسخ خطية، فجعلت نسخة المتحف البريطاني أصلا، ورمزت لها بـ(أ)، ثم قابلتها بالنسختين الأخريتين، وأشرت لهما بـ(ج)، و(ي)، وأثبت الفروق بينهما وفق المنهج المبين في خطة البحث. وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وقسمين: أما المقدمة: فيها بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه. القسم الأول فيه مبحثان: الأول في التعريف بالمؤلف رحمه الله، والثاني في التعريف بكتابه التمهيد. والقسم الثاني: في تحقيق النص.
|b This research aims to investigate the last part of the book «Takhradj al-Furoo’ ala al-Usul» by Jamal al-Din Abd al-Rahim bin al-Hasan al-Isnawi al-Shafi’i, who died in the year: (772 AH). The investigation begins from (the fifth book on evidence in which there is disagreement) until the end of the book, study and investigation. In verifying this part of the book, I relied on three handwritten copies. I made the British Museum copy the original, and denoted it as (A), then I compared it with the other two copies, and referred to them as (C) and (J), and I established the differences between them according to the approach shown in Search Plan. The research included an introduction and two sections: As for the introduction: it explains the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and its methodology. The first section contains two sections: the first is about introducing the author, may God have mercy on him, and the second is about introducing his book, Al Tamheed. The second section: in verifying the text.
