|a تعتبر منظمات المجتمع المدني- لكونها منظمات غير ربحية- عنصرا فاعلا له دور هام في دفع جهود عملية التنمية المستدامة، ورفع درجة الوعي العام بمسائل الفقر والبيئة والمرأة، لتتبني نموذجا للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية يستجيب للحاجات الإنسانية ويعطي المواطن قدرا كبيرا من المشاركة في إدارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والبيئية والاقتصادية". يستخدم التحليل الرباعي SWOT Analysis لدراسة الوضع الحالي لدور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق التنمية البشرية المستدامة المبنية على موازنة عناصر القوة والضعف في البيئة الداخلية بهدف تعديل وتصحيح مسارها. والفرص والتهديدات في البيئة الخارجية لتحديد مدى الانسجام والتوافق بين الأداء والأهداف المتوقعة. مشكلة البحث: إلقاء الضوء على أهمية تكامل العلاقة بين فئات المجتمع الثلاث: الحكومة، القطاع الخاص، المجتمع المدني- بكل مؤسساته- في تفعيل التنمية البشرية المستدامة في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030. حيث تأكد لدى الحكومات أنها لا تستطيع أن تحل أزماتها الاقتصادية دون مساهمة المجتمع المدني، كونه فاعل أساسي بالمجتمع في مختلف ميادين لتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية ومكافحة الفقر. وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن، التنمية البشرية المستدامة تتبلور في ثلاث جوانب أساسية، التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، والحقيقة أن الجانب الاجتماعي تختلط فيه التنمية البشرية المستدامة مع البعد الاقتصادي، كما أن الاقتصاد يمثل الجانب الأكبر في البعد البيئي. كما يوصي البحث بضرورة زيادة تشجيع البحوث الاقتصادية المرتبطة بأهداف التنمية البشرية المستدامة ودعمها، وضرورة مراعاة متخذي القرارات الخاصة بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي للمستقبل النقاط التالية: - القضاء على الفقر وتحقيق العدالة والمساواة وبناء مجتمعات قائمة على الابتكار. - بذل المزيد من الجهود لمواجهه تحديات تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مصر. - تفعيل البحوث الميدانية وربطها بحاجات المجتمع ومشكلات قطاعاته المختلفة

The SWOT Analysis method is used to study the current situation of the role of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable human development based on balancing the elements of strength and weakness in the internal environment, and the opportunities and threats in the external environment to know and determine the extent of harmony and compatibility between performance and expected goals and to know the strengths and weaknesses with the aim of modifying and correcting them Track . The research concluded that sustainable human development crystallizes in three basic aspects: economic, social, and environmental development. The economy represents the largest aspect in the environmental dimension, and fundamental dimensions derived from sustainable human development are linked to it. The research also recommends the need to further encourage and support economic research related to sustainable human development goals, and the need for decision-makers regarding strategic planning for the future to consider the following points: - Eliminating poverty, achieving justice and equality, and building societies based on innovation . - Activating field research and linking it to the needs of society and the problems of its various sectors.
