|a تناولت هذه الدراسة جانبا من جوانب خدمة صحيح الإمام البخاري رحمه الله تعالى بإزالة الإيهام ودفع الإشكال الوارد من أهل العلم السابقين على حديث في الصحيح يتعلق بتحديد أول أزواج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم موتا بعده وبيان التوجيه العلمي للحديث وتفصيل الإجابة الوافية المستندة على الحجج والبراهين التي استعملها العلماء في دفع الإشكال مما لا يدع مجالا للشك أو الطعن كما تناولت هذه الدراسة بيان مكانة صحيح الأمام البخاري عند العلماء وما حظي به من مكانة مميزة وتلقي الأمة له بالقبول، والتفريق بين نقد العلماء القائم على أسس علمية منضبطة ومنهجية واضحة لا تتعارض مع الكليات والأصول العامة التي وضعها أهل الحديث قديما والتسليم بصحة أحاديثه عموما ووجوب العمل بها تعبدا الله تعالى، وبين طعون المعاصرين من العقلانيين وأمثالهم التي تختلف في المنهج والقصد والطريقة ونزع صفة الحجية عن الصحيح لتسهل بعد ذلك استباحته بالنقد والإنكار.
|b This study addressed an aspect of the service of Sahih Imam al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) by clarifying misconceptions and refuting issues raised by scholars regarding the hadith that relates to identifying the first husbands of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) after his death. It explains the scientific significance of the hadith and provides a comprehensive answer based on the arguments and evidence used by scholars to address these issues, leaving no room for doubt or challenge.Additionally, this study discussed the status of Sahih Al-Bukhari among scholars and the esteemed position it holds within the scholarly community, highlighting its acceptance by the nation. It distinguishes between criticisms made by scholars based on rigorous scientific foundations and a clear methodology that aligns with the principles and established norms developed by hadith scholars in the past. It also recognizes the validity of his hadiths in general and the necessity of adhering to them in worship of Allah Almighty, contrasting this with the critiques from contemporary rationalists and others who differ in methodology, intention, and approach. These critiques often seek to delegitimize the authentic hadiths, making them seem permissible for criticism and denial.
