يعد البحث محاولة جادة في إيجاد معالجة علمية لاستيعاب قضايا الخلاف في مسائل الاعتقاد فيما يجوز فيه الخلاف، لأن من مسائل الاعتقاد ما لا يحتمل الخلاف كالخلاف في أصوله وأركانه التي وردت في القرآن الكريم وعلى لسان النبي الكريم عليه أفضل الصلاة والتسليم، وما أجمع عليه العلماء دون خلاف، فذلك مما لا يسوغ فيه الاختلاف، والغاية من هذا البحث أمران مهمان الأول: التعريف بالطريقة المنطقية السليمة في عرض الخلاف دون تعصب وتعنت لرأي دون رأي، والثاني: الوصول بعرض الخلاف إلى نقطة أقرب ما يكون من محل الاتفاق والوفاق، وهذه غاية سامية يسعى إليها الباحثون ويرجون تحقيقها ومسألة التكليف بما لا يطاق هي مسألة مرتبطة بفرع من فروع قضايا العقيدة، فهي مسألة عقلية افتراضية مرتبطة بمسألة الاستطاعة وخلق أفعال العباد المرتبطة بقضية الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر، وقد اختلف العلماء في إمكانها عقلا مع اتفاقهم جميعا على عدم وقوعها شرعا، فالله تعالى لم يكلف شرعا أحدا من العباد بما هو فوق طاقته واستطاعته، وهذا محل الاتفاق، واختلفوا في جواز حصوله عقلا، فأجازه الأشاعرة، ومنعه الماتريدية والمعتزلة، ومحل الوفاق في ذلك هو الافتراض وعدم التحقق في الواقع. The research is a serious attempt to find a scientific treatment to accommodate the issues of disagreement in matters of belief regarding what is permissible for disagreement, because among the issues of belief are those that do not tolerate disagreement, such as disagreement in its principles and pillars, which were mentioned in the Noble Qur’an and on the tongue of the Noble Prophet, may the best prayers and peace be upon him, and what scholars have unanimously agreed upon. Without disagreement, this is one of the things in which disagreement is not justified. The purpose of this research is two important matters: the first: defining the sound logical method in presenting disagreement without fanaticism and intransigence for an opinion over another, and the second: bringing the presentation of disagreement to a point that is as close as possible to a place of agreement and consensus, and this is the goal. A sublime that researchers seek and hope to achieve.The issue of (being obligated to do what is intolerable) is an issue related to a branch of the issues of faith. It is a hypothetical mental issue linked to the issue of ability and the creation of the actions of people related to the issue of belief in predestination and destiny. Scholars have differed as to whether it is possible rationally, although they all agree that it does not occur according to Islamic law. God Almighty has not made it obligatory. He legislated for one of the servants what was beyond his power and ability, and this is the point of agreement, and they differed as to whether it was permissible to happen rationally, so the Ash’aris permitted it, and the Maturidis and Mu’tazilites forbade it, and the point of agreement in this matter is assumption and lack of verification in reality. |
