|a إن استخدام برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي في مختلف مجالات الحياة يثير العديد من الصعوبات، لاسيما فيما يتعلق بالمسئولية الجنائية عن أعمال هذه البرامج، ومدى ملائمة التشريعات الحالية وقدرتها على استيعاب الخصائص الفريدة لهذه التقنيات وبناء عليه فإن الدراسة تسعى إلى مناقشة بعض التحديات الحالية لبرامج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو تلك التي يمكن أن تثور في المستقبل، لاسيما في ظل تسارع وتيرة التطور التكنولوجي، فلقد أعطت البرامج المتطورة لبعض الآلات التي تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي قدرات هائلة تصل خطورتها حد بناء خبرة ذاتية تمكنها من اتخاذ القرارات بصورة مستقلة، لذا من المتصور أن تخرج هذه الكيانات عن السيطرة البشرية وترتكب الجرائم بإرادة منفردة بعيدا عن الأوامر البرمجية المعطاة لها.
|b The use of artificial intelligence programs in various fields of life raises many difficulties, especially with regard to criminal liability for the work of these programs, the appropriateness of current legislations, and their ability to understand the unique characteristics of this technology. Accordingly, this study seeks to discuss some of the current challenges of artificial intelligence programs or those that may arise in the future,especially in light of the rapid pace of technological development,advanced programs have given some artificial intelligence-powered machines enormous capabilities that are very dangerous as they can develop self-experience that enable them to make decisions independently,therefore,it’s conceivable that these entities will deviate from human control and commit crimes with their own will away from the software orders given to them.
