المستخلص: يتناول البحث أهمية طريقة القرآن ومعهود استعماله في التوصل إلى معرفة عود الضمير، وهو يدخل في الاجتهاد في تفسير القرآن بالقرآن، وفيه إظهار شيء من إعجاز القرآن، وقوة أسلوبه، وفصاحته، ويهدف إلى: الوصول إلى منهج واضح في معرفة مرجع الضمير باستعمال عادة القرآن. وبيان موقف استعمال القرآن من بعض قواعد الضمائر. وتم تقسيمه إلى مقدمة وتمهيد، ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: أثر معرفة طريقة القرآن ومعهود استعماله في تحديد مرجع الضمير. المبحث الثاني: تنازع قواعد الضمائر مع طريقة القرآن ومعهود استعماله. واستعمل منهج البحث هو المنهج النظري الاستنباطي الاستقرائي. وتوصل البحث إلى أن معرفة طريقة القرآن ومعهود استعماله يعين على تعيين المراد بالضمير. لا يتعارض استعمال القرآن وطريقته مع قاعدة: إعادة الضمير إلى المحدث عنه أولى من إعادته إلى غيره.

This study discusses the importance of the Quran's method and its established usage in determining the reference of pronouns. It is part of the endeavor to interpret the Quran through the Quran itself, demonstrating some aspects of the Quran's miraculous nature, powerful style, and eloquence. The objectives are to develop a clear methodology for identifying pronoun references using the Quran's customary usage and to clarify the Quran's stance on some pronoun rules. The study is divided into an introduction, and two main sections:. The first section examined impact of understanding the Quran’s method and established usage on determining pronoun references. The second section discussed the conflict between pronoun rules and the Quran’s method and established usage. For the purpose of the study, the theoretical, deductive, and inductive methodology was employed. The study findings showed that understanding the Quran's method and established usage aided in identifying the intended pronoun reference. The Quran's usage and method do not conflict with the rule that prefers returning the pronoun to the mentioned subject rather than to an unrelated antecedent.
