|a تهدف هاته الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على أهم متغيرات التغيير الثقافي والتي لها تأثير في نجاح مشاريع التحول الرقمي، تتضمن الدراسة عرضا للجانب النظري حول الثقافة التنظيمية وأهميتها ودور التغيير الثقافي في بناء ثقافة تنظيمية رقمية تتماشى مع المتغيرات التكنولوجية الحاصلة، وجانب تطبيقي يتناول مدى استجابة المنظمة محل الدراسة والمتمثلة في وزارة التجارة بمختلف مديرياتها للمتغيرات المقترحة التي تساعدها في نجاح خطة التحول الرقمي لديها. تم جمع البيانات حول الممارسة التطبيقية لهذه المتغيرات عن طريق استبيان إلكتروني تحصلنا من خلاله على 216 إجابة قمنا بمعالجتها باستخدام برنامج SPSS، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لبعض التغييرات كالتغيير الفني أو التكنولوجي، السلوكي والبيئي فيما غابت أهمية المتغيرات الأخرى كالتغيير الهيكلي والوظيفي.
|b The aim of this research paper is to identify the most important variables of cultural change that have an impact on the success of digital transformation projects. The study represented by the Ministry of Commerce in its various directorates of the proposed variables that help it in the success of its digital transformation plan. Data was collected on the applied practice of these variables through an electronic questionnaire through which we obtained 216 answers that we processed using the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that there is an impact of some changes such as technical or technological change, behavioral and environmental change, while the importance of other variables such as structural and functional change was absent.
|d Ce document de recherche vise à identifier les variables les plus importantes du changement culturel qui ont un impact sur la réussite des projets de transformation numérique. L'étude représentée par le ministère du Commerce dans ses différentes directions des variables proposées qui l'aident dans la réussite de ses projets de transformation numérique. Des données ont été recueillies à l’aide d'un questionnaire électronique grâce auquel nous avons obtenu 216 réponses que nous avons traitées à l'aide du programme SPSS. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé qu'il y a un impact de certains changements, tels que les changements techniques ou technologiques, comportementaux et environnementaux, tandis que l'importance d'autres variables telles que les changements structurels et fonctionnels était absente.
