|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية استراتيجية لتطوير الموانئ الأردنية وتأثيراتها على المنطقة، مع التركيز على الموقع الجيوسياسي للموانئ الأردنية والآثار الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والبيئية لتطوير منظومة الموانئ في العقبة. كما تناولت الدراسة تحليل نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات المتعلقة بمنظومة الموانئ الأردنية. تم استخدام منهج تحليل النظم وهو المنهج المعني بتحليل النظام لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، ويشير إلى تلك العمليات المنظمة منطقياً والمتعلقة بتعريف وحل المشكلات، ومن ثم تجزئتها إلى عناصر وإيجاد العلاقات التبادلية المؤثرة بين هذه العناصر، من ثم بينها وبين البيئة. تم أخذ عينة قصدية المجتمع الدراسة مكونة من (رئيس مجلس الإدارة، مدير عام مدير تنفيذي، رئيس قسم خبير) وكانت نسبة عينة الدراسة (100%). أوضحت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها أن الموانئ الأردنية تلعب دورًا حيويًا في تعزيز الاقتصاد والسياحة، ويتمثل التحليل الاستراتيجي الرباعي في تحليل البيئة الداخلية (نقاط القوة والضعف) وتحليل البيئة الخارجية (الفرص والتهديدات) بأهمية تطوير البنية التحتية، ويشير السيناريوهات المستقبلية إلى ضرورة التركيز على السياحة واللوجستيات والتكاليف التشغيلية، إذ أوصت الدراسة بتطوير استراتيجيات شاملة لتحسين الموانئ الأردنية وتعزيز البنية التحتية مع التركيز على التسويق الدولي ومواجهة الآثار السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، وتعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص بالإضافة إلى وضع استراتيجيات تتوافق مع السيناريوهات المستقبلية.
|b This study aimed to provide a strategic vision for the development of Jordanian ports and their impact on the region, focusing on the geopolitical location of Jordanian ports and the economic, political, social and environmental impacts of developing the port system in Aqaba, the study also analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to the Jordanian port system; we used the systems analysis approach, which is the approach concerned with analyzing the system to achieve the objectives of the study, and refers to those logically organized processes related to defining and solving problems, then dividing them into elements and finding the influential reciprocal relationships between these elements, and then between them and the environment. A purposive sample was taken from the study community consisting of (Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Manager, Executive Director, Head of Department, Expert) and the percentage of the study sample was (100%). The study showed many results, the most important of which is that Jordanian ports play a vital role in enhancing the economy and tourism. The strategic four-pronged analysis is represented in analyzing the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and analyzing the external environment (opportunities and threats) with the importance of developing the infrastructure. Future scenarios indicate the need to focus on tourism, logistics and operating costs, the study recommended developing comprehensive strategies to improve Jordanian ports and enhance infrastructure, with a focus on international marketing and confronting political, economic, social and environmental impacts, and enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors. In addition to developing strategies that are consistent with future scenarios.
