المستخلص: تعد ظاهرة نقد الاستشراق قديمة في تاريخ الفكر العربي، بداية من مفكري النهضة إلى وقتنا الحالي حيث أخذ الاستشراق حيز واسعا من اهتمام المفكرين العرب، وذلك لأنه يندرج بصورة مباشر محمد البهي، أنور عبد الملك، حسن حنفي، والبحث في الدوافع التي تأسس عليها موقف هؤلاء. ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها أن تعامل هؤلاء المفكرين مع الاستشراق خاضع لتكوينهم المنهجي

The phenomenon of criticism of Orientalism is ancient in the history of Arab thought, from the thinkers of the Renaissance to our present time, when Orientalism took a wide range of attention from Arab thinkers, because it falls directly within the problem of the debate between the self and the other, but this criticism took multiple forms, depending on the different approaches and motives. From this, this article aims to address the methods of criticism of Orientalism by three prominent thinkers: Muhammad al-Bahi, Anwar Abd al-Malik, and Hassan Hanafi, and to examine the motives on which the position of each of these was based. One of the results reached is that these thinkers' dealings with Orientalism are subject to their methodological and cultural formation, just as their intellectual projects were multiple, including religious, political, and civilized.
