|a يؤدي وجود طفل معاق ذهنيا في الأسرة إلى اضطراب في العلاقة بين الزوجين، وعدم الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي، والخوف الشديد على مستقبل طفلهما والقلق الناتج عن ترددهما بين الأمل في العلاج واليأس من الشفاء ونجد العديد من حالات الإعاقة الذهنية ناتجة عن زواج الأقارب. وبما أن الزواج عملية تفاعلية مستمرة بين الزوجين فالأزواج الغير متوافقين يفشلون في مواجهة مشكلات الحياة، مما ينمي لديهم الشعور بالنقص وعدم الكفاءة، وهذا يقلل من فرص نجاح العلاقة الزوجية. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن تأثير الإعاقة الذهنية الناتجة عن زواج الأقارب على التوافق الزواجي عند والدي الطفل المعاق، تكونت مجموعة الدراسة من خمس أمهات لأطفال مصابين بإعاقة عقلية، استعملنا كل من المقابلة العيادية واستبيان التوافق الزواجي. وبينت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق الزواجي منخفض عند الحالات التي لديها أبناء معاقين بسبب زواج الأقارب حيث يختلف التأثير حسب نوع ودرجة الإعاقة وعدد الأطفال المعاقين في الأسرة الواحدة.
|b The presence of a child with mental disabled in the family leads to turmoil in the relationship between spouses, psychological and social instability, intense fear for their child's future, and anxiety resulting from their hesitation between hope for treatment and despair of recovery. We find many cases of mental disability resulting from consanguineous marriage as a blood relationship. marriage is a continuous interactive process between spouses, incompatible spouses fail to face life's problems, which develops in them a feeling of inferiority and incompetence, and this reduces the chances of the success of the marital relationship. This study aim to reveal the effect of mental disability resulting from consanguineous marriage on the marital compatibility of the parents of a disabled child. The study group consist five mothers of children with mental disabilities, we used the clinical interview and the marital compatibility questionnaire. The results showed that the level of marital compatibility is low in cases with disabled children due to consanguineous marriage, the effect varies according to the type and degree of disability.
