المستخلص: The current research aimed to determine the educational competencies required kindergarten teachers to employ e-learning skills in the educational process in the State of Kuwait, and the study relied on the descriptive approach. The research group consisted of (24) kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait. The research tool consisted of a questionnaire addressed to kindergarten teachers about the reality of developing the educational competencies necessary for kindergarten teachers to employ the skills of e-learning. The theoretical framework of the research was based on several elements, which are as follows, the concept of educational competencies and their sources of derivation, the requirements of e-learning for the teacher, the competencies of employing e-learning in the educational process, and the results of the research indicated an increase in the teaching burden on kindergarten teachers, which hinders diversification in program methods. The training provided to them through model lessons, and that the culture of e-learning came to a moderate degree in the axis of leadership of networks and the Internet. The theoretical framework of the research was based on several elements, which are as follows, the concept of educational competencies and their sources of derivation, the requirements of e-learning for the teacher, the competencies of employing e-learning in the educational process, and the results of the research indicated an increase in the teaching burden on kindergarten teachers, which hinders diversification in program methods. The training provided to them through model lessons, and that the culture of e-learning came to a moderate degree in the axis of leadership of networks and the Internet And the need to prepare and provide periodic training courses for kindergarten teachers dealing with one of the mechanisms, methods and tools of e-learning and how to employ them in the educational process
