|a تناول البحث بعض الإشكالات التي تثار حول العقائد التي وردت في آيات القصص والتي يراد منها التشكيك بالقرآن الكريم أو الجهل ببلاغة القرآن الكريم، الوارد ذكرها في تفسير محاسن التأويل للقاسمي والتي تطرح حول معاني الآيات التي تتحدث عنه، والتي تحتاج إلى حسن فهم وتفسير. وهناك طرق عدة اعتمدها القاسمي لرفع الإشكالات التفسيرية المصرح بها في ضوء تفسيره، وأبرزها تطبيق قواعد التفسير وأصوله منها: تفسير القرآن بالقرآن مراعاة السياق القرآني، معرفة سبب النزول، وجمع الآيات ذات الموضوع الواحد.
