المستخلص: تعد اللغة جزءا أساسيا في حياة الفرد والمجتمع، وضرورة من ضرورات الحياة الاجتماعية، وتتضمن اللغة أربعة فنون لغوية الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة، ويعد الاستماع أول هذه الفنون اللغوية ممارسة بينما يعد التحدث نوع من أنواع الاستجابة للاستماع، أما القراءة فهي وسيلة الفرد لاكتساب المعارف والوقوف على فكر الآخرين، ويأتي فن الكتابة متأخرا طبقا لترتيبه بين بقية الفنون استجابة وتطبيقا للفنون السابقة. وتشتمل اللغة على وظائف عديدة لعل أهمها وأقدمها هي الوظيفة التواصلية، فالتواصل لا يتم بين أفراد المجتمع إلا من خلال اللغة، فعن طريقها يعبر الإنسان عن أفكاره ومشاعره واتجاهاته ومتطلباته سواء أكان باللغة المنطوقة أو المكتوبة. وما وصل إليه الإعلام من تطور بعد ظهور الشبكة العنكبوتية، وما أتاحته من خدمات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الافتراضية لا يقل أهمية عن الوسائل الإعلامية التقليدية، حيث قربت المسافات وألغت الحدود ومن خلالها يلتقي الناس في أي وقت يشاءون. ولم تكن اللغة العربية بمستوياتها المختلفة بعيدة عن هذه المواقع الافتراضية، فاللغة العربية حاضرة في كل مشهد علمي وحضاري، فهي تطاوع المجتمعات، وتستجيب لما ينتجه الإنسان على المستوى الفكري، إذ دلت الإحصاءات على أن اللغة العربية من أكثر اللغات المتداولة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيس بوك"، وأنها حققت أعلى معدلات النمو في لغات الاستخدام، ومرجع ذلك إلى ارتفاع نسبة المشتركين في الخدمة، إضافة إلى مستجدات ما يطلق عليه "الربيع العربي". وفي ظل تلك المواقع الإلكترونية وعبر صفحاتها تتعرض اللغة العربية إلى مذبحة حقيقية، فقد فرضت اللهجات المحكية نفسها في نصوص مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، كما أن هذه الوسائل تعتقد أحيانا أن تلك اللهجات العامية هي الأقرب إلى قلوب الناس وتستطيع من خلالها كسب أعداد كبيرة من الشرائح المجتمعية، وأن الكتابة أو الحديث باللهجة الفصحى سوف يقصي أعدادا كبيرة من الناس عن تلك الوسائل، ووجد البعض أن الحديث بكلمات أجنبية أسهل لهم ونسوا أن اللغة العربية لغة توليدية، لها من المفردات والمخزون ما يمكنها من مجاراة الزمن وتطوره. إن ظاهرة الانحراف اللغوي التي تتعرض لها اللغة العربية، يوما بعد الآخر، على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي تتمثل في استخدام الكلمات الأجنبية على حساب لغتنا العربية، وكذلك استخدام مزيج من اللغة العامية والأرقام اللاتينية والرموز، الأمر الذي نتج عنه لغة ملوثة، صاحبته آثار ضارة على الاستخدام السليم للغة العربية، تعد من الظواهر التي انتشرت بشكل كبير. وهو أحد أوجه الغزو الثقافي، فالغرب متفوق على دول العالم العربي في الصناعة، وبذلك هو مصدر للتكنولوجيا، في الوقت الذي تستورد فيه الدول العربية هذه التكنولوجيا وما تحمله من ثقافات وافدة مما زاد من حالة ضعف اللغة العربية خاصة في ظل غياب انتباه المسئولين عن اللغة العربية، أو بسبب ضعف مواكبة اللغة العربية للغات الأجنبية الأخرى وتطورها. من هنا ركز هذا البحث على قراءة التحولات التي حدثت على اللغة العربية في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والأخطاء التي تتعرض لها هذه اللغة نتيجة استخدام لغة "العربيزي" وما صاحب ذلك من أخطاء لغوية ونحوية وإملائية وغيرها. ونتيجة لما سبق قامت فكرة هذا البحث على استقصاء أهم المنشورات والمحادثات باللغة العربية المتضمنة للغة "العربيزي"، التي تبرز وضع اللغة العربية على تلك المواقع، والتي كادت أن تلفظ آخر أنفاسها بسبب ما يعتريها من أخطاء فادحة مقصودة كانت أم غير مقصودة.

Language is an essential part of the life of the individual and society, and a necessity of social life. It includes four linguistic arts: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Listening is the first of these linguistic arts as practice, while speaking is a type of response to listening. Reading is the individual’s way of acquiring knowledge. Standing on the thought of others, and the art of writing comes late according to its arrangement among the rest of the arts in response and application of the previous arts. Language includes many functions, perhaps the most important and oldest of which is the communicative function. Communication does not take place between members of society except through language. Through it, a person expresses his thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and requirements, whether in the spoken or written language. The development reached by the media after the emergence of the World Wide Web, and the services it made available through social networking sites and virtual sites, are no less important than traditional media, as it has brought distances closer and eliminated borders, and through which people meet at any time they want. The Arabic language, with its different levels, was not far from these virtual sites. The Arabic language is present in every scientific and civilized scene, as it obeys societies and responds to what man produces on an intellectual level. And that it achieved the highest growth rates in the languages of use, due to the high percentage of subscribers to the service, in addition to the developments of what is called the “Arab Spring”. In light of these websites and through their pages, the Arabic language is exposed to a real massacre, as the spoken dialects have imposed themselves in the texts of social networking sites, and these media sometimes believe that these colloquial dialects are closest to people’s hearts and through which they can win large numbers of social segments. And that writing or speaking in the classical dialect will alienate large numbers of people from these means, and some have found that speaking in foreign words is easier for them and they have forgotten that the Arabic language is a generative language, with a vocabulary and inventory that enables it to keep pace with time and its development.

The phenomenon of linguistic deviation that the Arabic language is exposed to, day after day, on social networking sites, which is represented in the use of foreign words at the expense of our Arabic language, as well as the use of a mixture of colloquial language, Latin numbers and symbols, which resulted in a polluted language, accompanied by harmful effects. On the correct use of the Arabic language, it is considered one of the phenomena that spread in a crude manner. It is one of the aspects of the cultural invasion, as the West is superior to the countries of the Arab world in industry, and thus it is a source of technology, at a time when Arab countries import this technology and the incoming cultures it carries, which increased the weakness of the Arabic language, especially in the absence of the attention of those responsible for the Arabic language. Or because of the weakness of the Arabic language to keep pace with other foreign languages and their development. From here, this study focused on reading the transformations that occurred in the Arabic language in social networking sites, and the errors that this language is exposed to. Especially linguistic, grammatical, spelling and other errors. As a result of the foregoing, the idea of this research was based on a survey of the most important publications in the Arabic language, which highlight the status of the Arabic language on those sites, which almost breathed their last because of the fatal errors, whether intended or unintended.
