|a يشهد العالم اليوم عددا من الصراعات السياسية والنزاعات الإقليمية والحروب التي استمرت لفترات تاريخية طويلة وكان من بينها الحرب الشيشانية الروسية الأولى ١٩٩١- ١٩٩٦ م، ومن اللافت للنظر في هذه الحرب الإصرار الروسي على التمسك بجمهورية الشيشان وعدم الاعتراف باستقلالها، ومن هنا ولدت فكرة البحث الذي قسم على ثلاث محاور، تناول المحور الأول تفكك الاتحاد السوفيتي وإعلان استقلال جمهورية الشيشان ١٩٩١م، اما المحور الثاني فتحدث عن التطورات الداخلية في جمهورية الشيشان خلال الفترة ١٩٩١-١٩٩٤م، إذ فشلت المعارضة المدعومة من قبل روسيا في فرض سيطرتها على الجمهورية، وركز المحور الثالث على إعلان روسيا الحرب على جمهورية الشيشان ١٩٩٤- ١٩٩٦م، ودخولها خط المواجهة بشكل علني ومباشر حتى انسحابها بطريقة مذلة بعد توقيعها على اتفاقية خاسافيورت ٣١/أب/١٩٩٦م.
|b Today, the world is witnessing a number of political conflicts, regional disputes, and wars that have continued for long historical periods, including the First Chechen-Russian War 1991-1996 AD. What is striking about this war is the Russian insistence on clinging to this republic and not recognizing its independence, and from here the idea of the research was born, which was divided into three parts. Axes: The first axis dealt with the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the declaration of independence of the Chechen Republic in 1991. The second axis talked about internal developments in the Chechen Republic during the period 1991-1994, as the opposition supported by Russia failed to impose its control over the republic. The third axis focused on Russia’s declaration of war. Over the Chechen Republic 1994 – 1996, It entered the front line openly and directly until it withdrew in a humiliating manner after signing the Khasavyurt Agreement on August 31, 1996.
