المستخلص: هذا البحث يتناول موضوع آيات العقل في القرآن الكريم دلالتها وأبعادها الفقهية، ومن المعلوم أن القرآن الكريم هو المعجزة الباقية الخالدة، التي نصبها رب العزة تبارك وجل في علاه، شاهدا حيا ناطقا بصدق الرسول العظيم عليه الصلاة والسلام، ولقد تحدى الله - تبارك وتعالي - العالم كله إنسا وجنا، فما ثبتوا لهذا التحدي، بل أظهروا عجزا صارخا، وقد سجل الله عليهم عجزهم عن مجاراة القرآن ومسايرته في آفاقه العالية، ومن القضايا القرآنية وأحد موضوعاته العقل وما يتعلق به من أحكام وتكليفات، ولقد جاء التفسير الموضوعي للقرآن الكريم وتناول موضوعات القرآن الكريم بالبيان والبحث، وجاء هذا البحث بعنوان: (آيات العقل في القرآن الكريم دلالتها وأبعادها الفقهية). وقد قسمت البحث إلى تمهيد، ومبحثان، تناولت في التمهيد: تعريف العقل لغة واصطلاحا، وفي المبحث الأول: الآيات القرآنية المتعلقة بالعقل. وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: آيات العقل في القرآن الكريم. المطلب الثاني: صيغ المخاطبة بالعقل في القرآن الكريم. وجاء المبحث الثاني عن الأبعاد الفقهية للعقل. وفيه مطلبان: المطلب الأول: الجنون في الفقه الإسلامي. المطلب الثاني: أثر الجنون في العبادات البدنية. الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the Messengers. This research deals with the subject of the verses of reason in the Noble Qur’an, their significance and jurisprudential dimensions. It is known that the Noble Qur’an is the everlasting and everlasting miracle that the Lord of Glory, Blessed and Exalted is He, established as a living witness and speaker of the truth of the Great Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. God, Blessed and Most High, has challenged the entire world as a human being. They did not stand firm for this challenge, but rather showed a blatant inability, and God recorded against them their inability to keep up with the Qur’an and keep up with it in its high horizons. Among the Qur’anic issues and one of its topics is the mind and the rulings and obligations related to it. The objective interpretation of the Holy Qur’an came and dealt with the topics of the Holy Qur’an through explanation and research. This research was entitled: (The verses of the mind in the Holy Qur’an, their significance and jurisprudential dimensions). I divided the research into: an introduction, and three sections, which dealt in the introduction: defining the mind linguistically and terminologically, and in the first section: the Qur’anic verses related to the mind. It has two requirements: The first requirement: Verses about the mind in the Holy Qur’an. The second requirement: Formulas for addressing the mind in the Holy Qur’an. The second topic was about: The jurisprudential dimensions of the mind. It contains two requirements: The first requirement: Insanity in Islamic jurisprudence. The second requirement: The effect of insanity on physical worship. The conclusion: It contains the most important results of the research. And his recommendations.
