In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful" Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the Master of the Prophets and Messengers, and all his family and companions. And after... This research shows the extent to which Islamic law pays attention to what benefits a person in this world and the hereafter, and determines the rulings regarding what is permissible, what is forbidden, what is obligatory, what is recommended, and so on. Among these provisions is the issue of zakat on jewelry and what is related to it, whether the use is forbidden or permissible, and the jurisprudential ruling and the extent of caution in it. I made a research plan, and the nature of the research required dividing it into an introduction, a preface, and two sections. And in conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It contains the importance of the research and its plan. Then the introduction: It has two requirements. The first requirement: Definition of jurisprudential precaution. The second requirement: Definition of zakat. The study is based on two important topics: The first topic: Zakat on illegally used jewelry. The second topic: Zakat on permissible used jewelry. Then I concluded the research with a conclusion containing the most important results and recommendations, then a list of the most important sources and references. Thank God that His grace is righteous. |
