|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور المراجعة البيئية في تعظيم قيمة المنشأة لشركات صناعة الأدوية المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية، والبالغ عددها 19 شركة، وقد اعتمد الباحث على اتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، في سبيل الحصول على البيانات الأولية، التي وصفها في قائمة استقصاء جرى توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها 249 مفردة، وبعد تجميع وحصر الباحث لردود المستجوبين على أسئلة الاستقصاء والتي بلغ عددها 239 استمارة صحيحة، قام الباحث بتفريغها وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة بهدف اختبار العلاقات بين متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة من خلال التحليل الإحصائي عند اختبار الفروض وجود تأثير معنوي لدور المراجعة البيئية في تعظيم قيمة المنشأة للشركات محل الدراسة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة السعي نحو تطوير وتحديث أساليب وتقنيات ومهارات أداء المراجعة البيئية في الشركات محل الدراسة لتحقيق متطلبات وأهداف المراجعة البيئية، وضرورة قيام المنظمات المهنية للمراجعة البيئية بتنظيم آليات مزاولة المهنة بحيث يمكن الارتقاء بمستوى أداء المراجعين المهني.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of environmental auditing in maximizing the value of the enterprise of the 19 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the researcher relied on following the descriptive analytical approach, in order to obtain the primary data, which he described in a survey list that was distributed to the study sample's 249 individuals, and after compiling and restricting the researcher to the respondents' responses to the survey questions of which there were 239 valid forms, researcher unpacked and analyzed it using SPSS statistical analysis software, And the use of appropriate statistical methods in order to test the relationships between the study variables. The results of the study showed through statistical analysis when testing the hypotheses that there is a significant effect of the role of environmental auditing in maximizing the value of the enterprise for the companies under study. The study recommended the necessity of seeking to develop and update the methods, techniques and skills of performing the environmental audit in the companies under study to achieve the requirements and objectives of the environmental audit, and the necessity for professional environmental audit organizations to organize the mechanisms of practicing the profession, so that the performance of professional auditors can be improved.
