|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر خصخصة قطاع الطاقة على التنمية المستدامة في الصين، فقد شهد قطاع الطاقة في الصين تغييرات كبيرة على مدى العقود القليلة الماضية، حيث بدأت الحكومة سلسلة من الإصلاحات الموجهة نحو السوق والتي تهدف إلى زيادة الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف. ومن أهم هذه الإصلاحات خصخصة قطاع الطاقة، مما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من الشركات الخاصة التي تلعب الآن دورا رئيسيا في إنتاج وتوزيع الطاقة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، نفذت الحكومة مجموعة من السياسات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز التنمية المستدامة على نطاق أوسع. وتشمل هذه المبادرات تعزيز مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وتحسين كفاءة الطاقة، وسيكون من المهم للحكومة تحقيق توازن بين الإصلاحات الموجهة نحو السوق وحماية البيئة، من أجل ضمان استمرار القطاع في دعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة طويلة الأجل للبلاد.
|b This research aims to identify the impact of privatization of the energy sector on sustainable development in China, the energy sector in China has undergone significant changes over the past few decades, as the government has initiated a series of market-oriented reforms aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. One of the most important of these reforms is the privatization of the energy sector, which led to the emergence of many private companies that now play a key role in the production and distribution of energy. In addition, the government has implemented a set of policies aimed at promoting sustainable development on a larger scale. These initiatives include the promotion of renewable energy sources, improving energy efficiency, and it will be important for the government to strike a balance between market-oriented reforms and environmental protection, in order to ensure that the sector continues to support the country's long-term sustainable development goals.
