المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة دور ممارسات ريادة الأعمال ودورها في تنمية الابتكار في الصناعة كأحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تطبيق آليات الحوكمة دراسة تطبيقية على الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والدور الذي تلعبه آليات الحوكمة كمتغير وسيط بين ممارسات ريادة الأعمال والابتكار في الصناعة للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، فحص العلاقة بين ممارسات ريادة الأعمال وتطبيق آليات الحوكمة، ودراسة العلاقة بين تطبيق آليات الحوكمة والابتكار في القطاع الصناعي (كأحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة)، وأيضاً فحص العلاقة بين ممارسات ريادة الأعمال والابتكار في القطاع الصناعي (كأحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة)، دراسة الدور الوسيط إلى آليات الحوكمة في العلاقة بين ممارسات ريادة الأعمال والابتكار في القطاع الصناعي (كأحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة) على الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وتتمثل أهمية الدراسة فن مساهمتها في التوازن بين آليات حوكمة الشركات وممارسات ريادة الأعمال في تحسين الابتكار في شركات القطاع الصناعي واستدامة أعمالهم، ومنع وقوع الأزمات الدورية بها، فضلا عن إمكانيه حفاظها على مكانه رياديه بالأسواق واكتساب ميزة تنافسية مستدامة. تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عدد المشتغلين في القطاع الصناعي والذي يبلغ عددهم (١٩٨٦٢١) بناء على التقرير الصادر عن الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء بجمهورية مصر العربية ۲۰۲۰، وتم تحديد عينة الدراسة عند درجة ثقة ٩٥% وخطاء معياري ٥%، وبافتراض أن نسبة مفردات العينة التي تتوافر فيها الخاصية محل القياس 50%، ومع نسبة خطأ مسموح بها 5% والتي بلغ عددها (٣٨٤) مفردة. تم الاعتماد في تحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية والتي تم الحصول عليها بواسطة قائمة استقصاء على تطبيق أساليب التحليل الإحصائي الأكثر ملائمة لطبيعة تلك البيانات، وذلك باستخدام برنامج (IBM SPSS)، وبرنامج (AMOS).

أوضحت نتائج الدراسة بأنه تم قبول كلا من الفرض الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع، وإثبات صحة هذه الفروض. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت في ضرورة العمل على الحفاظ على المستوى المتميز من ممارسات ريادة الأعمال من خلال توفير الدورات والبرامج التدريبية للعاملين في الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع الاهتمام بالبحث والتطوير لتقديم منتجات وخدمات تلبي الاحتياجات، كما يجب التركيز على تعزيز مواطن القوة واكتشاف الفرص الناشئة واستغلالها، وأيضاً تبني عنصر المخاطرة المتعلقة بالأفكار الجديدة لتحقيق الريادة مع ضرورة العمل على الحفاظ على المستوى المتميز من تطبيق آليات الحوكمة من خلال توفير الإمكانيات والاحتياجات التي تساهم في تحقيق ذلك، مع تقديم الإدارة التقارير التي توضح أدائها بشكل مستمر لجميع المتعاملين معها، وتوفير قواعد واضحة تحدد دور مجلس الإدارة، مع تصميم الإدارة للوائح بنفسها واختيار طريقة التطبيق والتقويم بنفسها. وزيادة مستوى الوعي لدي العاملين في الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بأهمية الابتكار والأبداع من أجل زيادة القدرة التنافسية وزيادة الحصة السوقية، مع إدخال تحسينات على السلع وزيادة سهولة الاستخدام وزيادة رضا العملاء، مع إلغاء الإجراءات لأي نشاط لا تضيف قيمة إلى عمليات تقديم السلع والإنتاج، مع التجديد في أدوات التسويق، بالإضافة إلى التجديد في الإجراءات والعمليات لتنفيذ الأنشطة.

The purpose of the study is to study the role of entrepreneurship practices and their role in developing innovation in industry as one of the goals of sustainable development through the application of governance mechanisms, an applied study on small and medium-sized industries and the role that governance mechanisms play as an intermediary variable between entrepreneurship practices and innovation in industry for small and medium-sized companies. Examining the relationship between entrepreneurship practices and the application of governance mechanisms, studying the relationship between applying governance mechanisms and innovation in the industrial sector (as one of the sustainable development goals), and also examining the relationship between entrepreneurship practices and innovation in the industrial sector (as one of the sustainable development goals), studying the mediating role To governance mechanisms in the relationship between entrepreneurship practices and innovation in the industrial sector (as one of the sustainable development goals) for small and medium industries. The importance of the study lies in its contribution to the balance between corporate governance mechanisms and entrepreneurship practices in improving innovation in industrial sector companies and the sustainability of their business, and preventing the occurrence of periodic crises in them, as well as the possibility of them maintaining a leadership position in the markets and gaining a sustainable competitive advantage. The study population represented the number of workers in the industrial sector, which numbered (198,621) based on the report issued by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics in the Arab Republic of Egypt 2020. The study sample was determined at a confidence level of 95% and a standard error of 5%, and assuming that the percentage of sample items that were available The characteristic to be measured is 50%, with a permissible error rate of 5%, of which there are (384) individual items.

The analysis of the field study data, which was obtained through a survey list, relied on the application of statistical analysis methods most appropriate to the nature of that data, using the (IBM SPSS) program and the (AMOS) program. The results of the study showed that the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses were accepted, and the validity of these hypotheses was proven. The study recommended a set of recommendations, namely the necessity of working to maintain the distinguished level of entrepreneurship practices by providing courses and training programs for workers in small and medium industries, with attention to research and development to provide products and services that meet needs. Focus should also be placed on enhancing strengths and discovering Emerging opportunities and exploiting them, as well as adopting the element of risk related to new ides to achieve leadership. With the necessity of working to maintain the distinguished level of application of governance mechanisms by providing the capabilities and needs that contribute to achieving this, with the administration providing reports that explain its performance on an ongoing basis to all those dealing with it, and providing clear rules that define the role of the Board of Directors, with the administration designing the regulations itself. Choose the method of application and calendar yourself. Increasing the level of awareness among workers in small and medium industries of the importance of innovation and creativity in order to increase competitiveness and increase market share, while introducing improvements to goods, increasing ease of use and increasing customer satisfaction, while abolishing procedures for any activity that does not add value to the processes of providing goods and production. With innovation in marketing tools, in addition to innovation in procedures and processes for implementing activities.
