أستهدف البحث إلى: تقويم عوامل تأمين حمامات السباحة بالأندية ومراكز الشباب في ضوء الكود المصري لتأمين المسطحات المائية من خلال التعرف على عملية الإنقاذ بحمامات السباحة وتطويرها، أدوات الإنقاذ والأدوات المساعدة حول حمام السباحة، أدوات الإسعافات الأولية، تأمين بيئة العمل بحمام السباحة ومعايير جودة المياه داخل حمام السباحة. أستخدم الباحث: استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب الدراسات المسحية) القائم على تحليل المعطيات الواقعية الميدانية، وقام الباحث باختيار عينه البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع البحث التي بلغ حجمها (112) حمام سباحة من (6) محافظات، وبلغ حجم العينة الأساسية (82) حمام سباحة في حين بلغ حجم العينة الاستطلاعية (30) حمام سباحة تم اختيارهم من داخل مجتمع البحث ومن خارج العينة الأساسية للبحث، اعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات وأجراء عملية التقويم على استخدام مقياس تقييم معدل الأمان بحمامات السباحة الذي أعده حازم أحمد الروبي (2022م) (3) والذي أعتمد في بناءه على الكود المصري لتأمين المسطحات المائية واشتراطاته في عوامل الأمن والسلامة. أهم النتائج: 1- جاء الوضع الراهن للمحور الأول (المنقذين) في عملية تقويم تامين حمامات السباحة متوفر بنسبة (55.93%). 2- جاء الوضع الراهن للمحور الثاني (أدوات الإنقاذ والأدوات المساعدة) في عملية تقويم تامين حمامات السباحة متوفر بنسبة (61.70%). 3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عملية تقويم تأمين حمامات السباحة في محور (تأمين بيئة العمل على حمام السباحة) لصالح مراكز الشباب. يوصي الباحث: ضرورة الانتقال نحو معايير واشتراطات الكود المصري لتأمين المسطحات المائية أثناء عملية تقويم عوامل تأمين حمامات السباحة. وضع استراتيجية تأمين حمامات السباحة تتناسب مع رؤية وأهداف وإمكانيات الأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب.
The research aims to evaluate the factors for securing swimming pools in clubs and youth centers in the light of the Egyptian code for securing water bodies by identifying and developing the rescue process in swimming pools, rescue tools and auxiliary tools around the swimming pool, first aid tools, securing the work environment in the swimming pool and water quality standards inside the pool swimming. The researcher used the descriptive method (survey studies method) based on the analysis of realistic field data, and the researcher chose a random sample from the research community, whose size was (112) swimming pools from (6) governorates, and the size of the basic sample was (82) swimming pools in When the size of the exploratory sample was (30) swimming pools, they were chosen from within the research community and outside the main sample of the research. The researcher relied in collecting data and conducting the evaluation process on the use of the scale for evaluating the safety rate in swimming pools prepared by Hazem Ahmed Al-Rouby (2022 AD) (3) which It was based on the Egyptian code for securing water bodies and its requirements for security and safety factors. One of the most important results was that the current status of the first axis (lifeguards) in the process of evaluating the insurance of swimming pools was available at a rate of (55.93%), and the current status of the second axis (rescue tools and auxiliary tools) in the process of evaluating the insurance of swimming pools was available at a rate of (61.70%). There are statistically significant differences in the process of evaluating the insurance of swimming pools in the axis (securing the work environment at the swimming pool) in favor of youth centers. The researcher recommends the following: 1- The need to move towards the standards and requirements of the Egyptian code for securing water bodies during the process of evaluating the factors for securing swimming pools. 2- Developing a strategy for securing swimming pools commensurate with the vision, goals and capabilities of sports clubs and youth centers.
