هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال في والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين بجامعة حلوان من خلال ما يلي: - هوية ورؤية ورسالة مركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية. أهداف مركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية. مخرجات مركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية. البرامج والأنشطة لمركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية. المعايير اللازمة مركز ريادة وحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع الرياضية المجتمعية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وبلغ إجمالي عدد أفراد عينة البحث الأساسية (126) فرد، وتوصل الباحث إلى الإجابة عن مستهدفات البحث ومكونات التصور المقترح على النحو التالي:- فلسفة التصور المقترح. القواعد الحاكمة للتصور المقترح. مرتكزات التصور المقترح. مراحل تطبيق التصور المقترح. آليات تطبيق وتنفيذ التصور المقترح. معوقات تنفيذ التصور المقترح وآليات التغلب عليها. جهات تنفيذ التصور المقترح.
The aim of the research is to develop a proposed vision for an entrepreneurship center and business incubators for community sports projects in the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys at Helwan University through the following: 1- The identity, vision and mission of the Entrepreneurship Center and business incubators and community sports projects. 2- The objectives of the leadership center, business incubators, and community sports projects. 3- The outputs of the Entrepreneurship Center, business incubators and community sports projects. 4- Programs and activities of the Leadership Center, business incubators and community sports projects. 5- Necessary criteria for entrepreneurship center, business incubators and community sports projects. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the total number of the basic research sample was (126) individuals, and the researcher reached the answer to the research objectives and components of the proposed vision as follows: 1- The proposed vision philosophy. 2- The rules governing the proposed concept. 3- The foundations of the proposed vision. 4- The stages of applying the proposed vision. 5- Mechanisms for applying and implementing the proposed vision. 6- Obstacles to implementing the proposed vision and the mechanisms to overcome them. 7- Entities implementing the proposed vision.
