المستخلص: تمثلت مشكلة البحث في هل يوجد تباين بين الشركات محل البحث وإدارة الإنتاج وإدارة المواد والإدارة العليا والإدارة الوسطى حول مدى تطبيق تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) وحول مدى تطبيق تخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية(CRP) ، وهل توجد علاقة بين تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) وتخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية . (CRP) ومن أهداف البحث التعرف على مدى إدراك مسئولي الشركات محل البحث عن مدى تطبيق تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) ومدى تطبيق تخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية (CRP) ، تقديم التوصيات والمقترحات المناسبة في ضوء النتائج لمتخذي القرار في الشركات محل البحث التي يعتقد بأنها ستسهم في تعزيز وتصحيح تطبيقهم لنظامي تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) وتخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية. (CRP) وقد أشارت نتائج البحث أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين شركات الصناعات الكهربية في مصر لفرص تطبيق تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) وفرص تطبيق تخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية (CRP). وتمثلت أهم توصيات البحث في البحث المستمر من البحوث والتطوير للبحث عن أحدث البرامج الجاهزة للكمبيوتر في تخطيط الإنتاج باستخدام تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (MRP) وتخطيط الطاقة الإنتاجية (CRP) وتدريب المختصين عليها.

The research problem was whether there is a discrepancy between the companies under research, production management, materials management, senior management and middle management about the extent to which Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is applied and about the extent to which Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) is applied, and is there a relationship between Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP). One of the objectives of the research is to identify the extent to which the officials of the companies in question are aware of the extent of the application of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the extent to which Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) is applied, and to provide appropriate recommendations and proposals in the light of the results for decision makers in the companies under study that are believed to contribute to strengthening And correcting their application of the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) systems. The results of the research indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the electrical industries companies in Egypt for the opportunities of applying Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the opportunities for applying Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP). The most important recommendations of the research were the continuous research from research and development to search for the latest computer-ready programs in production planning using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and training specialists on it.
