|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التعقيم النقدي على فعالية السياسة المالية في مصر، من خلال تحليل فرضية البحث وهي: "يؤثر التعقيم النقدي إيجابيا على فعالية السياسة المالية في مصر". ولذلك استعان البحث ببعض الدراسات التي تناولت التعقيم النقدي والسياسة المالية في مصر لتحليل العلاقة. وقد قامت دولة مصر بتطبيق سياسة التعقيم النقدي للحد من التضخم بما يرفع من فعالية السياسة المالية فيها. وينقسم هذا البحث إلى عدة أجزاء، فيقدم الجزء الأول تحليلا للتعقيم النقدي من حيث: مفهومه؛ وأنواعه؛ وأدواته، ومعوقات تطبيقه، والآثار الناتجة عنه. وكذلك قدم هذا البحث تحليلا عن السياسة المالية في مصر من حيث مفهومها؛ وأهدافها وأدواتها في الجزء الثاني. ثم تناول دور التعقيم النقدي في رفع فعالية السياسة المالية في مصر، وأخيرا عرض البحث نموذجا قياسيا لإبراز العلاقة الطردية بين التعقيم النقدي وفعالية السياسة المالية في مصر. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن تطبيق سياسة التعقيم النقدي في مصر يعمل على رفع فعالية السياسة المالية فيها.
|b The main objective of this research is to investigate the impact of Monetary sterilization on the financial policy effectiveness in Egypt through explaining its main hypothesis which states that "There is a positive relationship between Monetary sterilization and the financial policy effectiveness in Egypt". This research has been helped by some studies on monetary sterilization and financial policy in Egypt to analyze the relationship between them. So, Egypt implement a monetary sterilization policy, to reduce the inflation and increase the effectiveness of its fnancal policy in it. This research is divided into parts. For the first part of this paper presents an analysis of monetary sterilization in terms of: the concept, types, tools, obstacles to aplicaion and its effects. Second part discuss the financial policy in Egypt in terms of its concept, its aims, and tools. In part three from this research shows monetary sterilization and the effectiveness of financial policy in Egypt. Finally, this research shows econometric model of the relationship between monetary sterilization and the effectiveness of financial policy in Egypt. The research reached to that monetary sterilization increasing the effectiveness of financial policy in Egypt.
