المستخلص: تنبه هذه الدراسة على مقصد مبارك تميزت به شريعتنا الحكيمة في كل أحكامها وتشريعاتها وهو "مقصد العدل في القرآن الكريم". وما لا شك فيه أن جوانب هذا المقصد متعلقة بكل حكم وأمر في الإسلام، والأمثلة عليه أكثر من أن يمكن أن تحصيها هذه الرسالة الموجزة، ولذلك حصر البحث على ما جاء في القرآن الكريم. وعرض البحث جوانب متعددة حيث عرف المقصد والعدل، وذكر الأدلة الواردة في هذه الجوانب، ثم بين ما يتعلق به من خلال أمثلة من كتاب الله العزيز، وكشف عن بعض الأحكام الشرعية التي ارتبطت بجانب العدل. وفي طيات هذا البحث نظرة عامة عن مقصد جليل، وبيان لمعرفة سامية تحيط بكل أحكام وتكاليف شرعنا، وألا وهو (مقصد العدل)، من خلال النظر في بعض آيات الكتاب العزيز، إذ يعد هذا المقصد روح الشريعة، وأساس التعاملات في حياتنا، ونور العلاقات مع جميع الموجودات، قال بعض السلف: "ما عاملت من عصى الله فيك بمثل أن تطيع الله فيه، والعدل به قامت السموات والأرض" ومن أهمية الموضوع: ظهرت الحاجة الملحة إلى التذكير بروعة هذه الشريعة، وبكمال عدلها مع جميع المسلمين، وكذلك مع أعداء الدين، بميزان رباني ظاهر لما كثرت تلك الأقاويل من أعداء الدين على وجود الحيف والجور في التشريع الرباني.

This study draws attention to a blessed purpose that characterizes our wise Sharia in all its provisions and legislation, which is "the purpose of justice in the Holy Qur'an." There is no doubt that the aspects of this purpose are related to every rule and order in Islam, and the examples of it are more than this brief message can enumerate, and therefore the research was limited to what was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. The research presented various aspects, where it defined purpose and justice, and mentioned the evidence contained in these aspects, then explained what is related to it through examples from the Holy Book of God, and revealed some legal rulings that were associated with the aspect of justice. In the folds of this research is an overview of a great purpose, and a statement of sublime knowledge surrounding all the provisions and costs of our law, namely (the purpose of justice), by looking at some verses of the Holy Book, as this purpose is the spirit of the law, the basis of dealings in our lives, and the light of relations with All existents, some of the predecessors said: “You do not deal with the one who disobeys God in you like that you obey God in him, and justice through him established the heavens and the earth”. And from the importance of the topic: the urgent need to recall the splendor of this law, and the perfection of its justice with all Muslims, as well as with the enemies of religion, with an apparent divine balance, when those sayings from the enemies of religion abounded about the existence of injustice and injustice in the divine legislation.
