يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بمراكز الشباب في محافظة المنوفية من خلال تفعيل تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية وما تحققه من سرعة ودقة وشفافية في العمل وتطوير الأداء والحد من السلبيات الموجودة من خلال زيادة اللامركزية بين المستويات الإدارية بغرض اختصار الإجراءات الروتينية التي تبدد الكثير من الوقت والجهد في عملية اتخاذ القرارات مع إتاحة قدر أكبر من الحرية للعاملين لاتخاذ القرار والاستفادة من قدراتهم وإبداعاتهم في ظل التطور الكبير في التكنولوجيا وخاصة قطاع المعلومات والاتصالات. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها، كما تم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث من مراكز الشباب في محافظة المنوفية حيث يشمل مجتمع البحث مراكز الشباب في محافظة المنوفية والعاملين بها من إداريين ومشرفين وإجمالي عددهم (۱۷) مركز شباب في محافظة المنوفية وتوصل الباحثون لأهم نتائج البحث إلي إمكانية توفير أجهزة حديثة لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية داخل مراكز الشباب في محافظة المنوفية، إمكانية التعاقد على شبكات اتصالات ومعلومات حديثة وتحديث تلك الوسائل بشكل دوري، إمكانية الاستعانة بخبراء في الأداء التكنولوجي لعمل دورات تدريبية لأساليب الإدارة الإلكترونية الحديثة.
The research aims to identify the reality of the application of electronic management in youth centers in the Menoufia governorate through the activation of electronic management applications and what they achieve in terms of speed, accuracy and transparency in work and the development of performance and the reduction of existing negatives through increasing decentralization between administrative levels in order to shorten routine procedures that waste a lot of time and effort in the decision-making process while allowing greater freedom for workers to make decisions and benefit from their capabilities and creativity in light of the great development in technology, especially the information and communication sector. The researchers used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature and objectives of the study, and the basic research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the research community from the youth centers in the Menoufia Governorate, where the research community includes the youth centers in the Menoufia Governorate and its employees from administrators and supervisors and their total number is (17) youth centers in the Menoufia Governorate. Technology to conduct training courses for modern electronic management methods.
