يهدف البحث للتعرف على العلاقة بين التفكير الابتكاري والإبداع الإداري لدي الإخصائيين برعاية شباب جامعة بنها، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي وذلك لملاءمته مع طبيعية البحث، كما قام الباحث بحساب حجم العينة عن طريق معادلة ستيفن ثامبسون لحساب اقل حجم للعينة من مجتمع البحث من العاملين برعاية الشباب بجامعة بنها حيث كان إجمالي مجتمع البحث (105) أخصائي، وقد كانت نتيجة تطبيق المعادلة هو (۸۳) أخصائي، وقد حدد الباحث محور الرجوع للسادة المشرفين بان يكون حجم عينة البحث (۹۰) أخصائي بما يمثل (٨٥.٧١%) من تعداد مجتمع البحث، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: 1. ففي بعد الطلاق الفكرية فان الأخصائيين لديهم القدرة على مشاركة الزملاء في العمل، وتقديم أكثر من فكرة خلال فترة زمنية قصيرة، فضلا عن طرح الأفكار والحلول السريعة لمواجهة مشاكل الأنشطة الطلابية. ۲. بينما بعد المرونة الذهنية فكانت نتائج العينة بالإيجاب نحو الحرص على معرفة الرأي المخالف لرأيي للاستفادة منه، والتغيير في الموقف وأساليب العمل كل فترة، وكذلك تقديم الأفكار الجديدة لتطوير العمل بتلقائية. 3. ففي عبارات بعد "تشجيع الإبداع" فان أعلي تكرارات كانت في العبارات الآتية، أقدم تقييمات مكتوبة لم يقترح من أفكار في العمل، أقوم بتعميم أية أفكار جديدة يقدمها الأعضاء وذلك لتشجيع روح الإبداع، أقدم التسهيلات لجذب الأفراد المبدعين والحرص على استمرارهم في العمل، أعمل على مكافئة أصحاب الأفكار الجديدة. 4. أما عبارات بعد "روح المجازفة" فان أعلي تكرارات كانت في العبارات الآتية، أكون على استعداد لاستغلال كل فكرة جديدة، أمتلك الشجاعة للقيام بأعمال إبداعية، أشجع الرفض لما هو خاطئ ولو كان شائعا ومقبولا، أخاف من نتائج الأخطاء عند تطبيق الأفكار الجديدة.
The research aims to identify the relationship between innovative thinking and administrative creativity among specialists sponsored by the youth of Benha University. The researcher used the descriptive method in its survey style in order to suit it with the nature of the research. The researcher also calculated the sample size using Stephen Thompson’s equation to calculate the smallest sample size from the research population of workers. Sponsored by youth at Benha University, where the total research community was (105) specialists, and the result of applying the equation was (83) specialists. The researcher specified the axis of referring to the supervisors that the size of the research sample be (90) specialists, representing (85.71%) of the community population. Research, the most important results indicated: 1. In the dimension of intellectual divorce, specialists have the ability to participate with colleagues in the work, and present more than one idea within a short period of time, as well as put forward ideas and quick solutions to confront the problems of student activities. 2. While after mental flexibility, the results of the sample were positive towards being keen to know the opinion that differs from my own in order to benefit from it, and changing the position and methods of work from time to time, as well as presenting new ideas to develop work automatically. 3. In the phrases after “encouraging creativity,” the highest frequencies were in the following phrases: I provide written evaluations of any ideas suggested in the work, I circulate any new ideas submitted by members in order to encourage the spirit of creativity, I provide facilities to attract creative individuals and ensure they continue working, I work to reward those with new ideas. 4. As for the phrases after “the spirit of risk,” the highest frequencies were in the following phrases: I am ready to exploit every new idea, I have the courage to do creative work, I encourage rejection of what is wrong even if it is common and acceptable, I fear the consequences of mistakes when applying new ideas.
